i'm disappointed in all the super negative comments getting angry about measurements when the whole purpose of this video series is to follow along with the book.. it literally has the book name in the title..🤦also, if you don't have anything nice to comment then maybe don't comment at all and move along? just wanted to say thank you so much for these videos. i just recently purchased this book and your videos have saved me and helped me SO incredibly much! i watch you every night before bed so that i have a good idea of what to expect for the next day's loaf and i follow along with you as i make it as well. your channel deserves way more subscribers. just wanted to bring some positivity to this sea of negative comments and say THANK YOU for helping me learn how to bake bread. every single one of your videos is incredibly appreciated
OMG Justine! This is probably the sweetest comment I’ve ever gotten on my channel! 😭 Thank you so very much for your kind words, for some reason this video in particular gets a lot of negative feedback about the recipe not being shared 😅 It truly means so much to me that the videos are helpful and give you a good idea of what you’re getting into with each loaf! That was my goal for the series, so hearing that just makes my whole year! Thank you, thank you, thank you. 💕💕💕 & best of luck baking!!!!
@@PaigeBurrows aw you're too kind! honestly, i was holding off on buying the book for so long because i was really intimidated knowing absolutely nothing about bread but once i found your channel i decided to give it a shot and i'm so glad i did! i'm a huge visual learner so it was scary for me to learn strictly from a book, so thank you! your videos have saved me with all of your tips, i'm so much more confident in bread baking now because of you! i can't wait to see what new videos you'll be releasing and to bake them all along with you ☺
I am a visual learner as well, so I definitely ran into the same issue when I first got the book! I am so happy to help share the tips I picked up on when I initially baked the recipes! Again, thank you so much!! Can’t wait to move onto the next bread journey!
well DUMMY , if I bought the book ,I would not be watching red brassier, babble & grapple with her dough ! ps why should all comments be NICE & sugar sweet, thumbdumb UP ?.
Paige, thank you so much for your videos! I have Bonnie’s book and the instructions are great. However, following the recipes along with your videos makes the experience so much easier. Keep it up and thanks for helping learn how to bake 🤗
Just found your channel while I was doing a search for raisin walnut breads. I was making a different recipe for a sourdough bread with rye, walnuts, and golden raisins. It's nice to find a similar recipe out there. Nuts and dried fruit are a great combo. Thanks for the video!
Hi Paige! I’ve been baking my way through this book and am about halfway through. I’m absolutely LOVING it, learning a lot, and making some tasty bread. I always watch your video before I tackle the next bread, and it's be VERY helpful to have the visual. Thank you so much! I’m sure you get this question a lot, but my bread seems to come out pretty tight - like, very dense and no air bubbles. It tastes good and has a satisfying texture, but I’d like it to be airier. I’ve been doing a lot of research but I’m feeling confused because some say it’s an UNDERPROOFING issue and other’s say it’s too MUCH proofing. I’ve tried everything from proofing for an hour to 2.5 hours and it always comes out the same. Any suggestions?
geat work Paige, super helpful and thanks for sharing. May I recommend a better microphone, brighter lighting and better intro music (think flutes, or piano, not electric pop). All the best!
Hi. Your recipe seems really good. Can u share the recipe and measurement of each ingredient? I know u mentioned the book but I'm not looking to purchase it.
I'm afraid I have to agree with Sarah. What is the point of the video, if all the interest is to sell your book. Won't be wasting another minute, but move on to the next.
Why the whole video if you weren't intending to share the whole recipe, you should have just said buy the book if you want to have the measurements. Bread looked really delicious but a waste of one's time, kind of done in vain.

How can i know the recipe please
do you toast the walnut first?
I haven’t tried that but it’s SUCH a good idea! I’m definitely trying that next time!

Sarah Chen Hi Sarah! Unfortunately I can’t give out the measurements or recipe for copyright purposes! 😣

You didn’t mention the oven temperature.
450° 🙂
@@PaigeBurrows thank you. Looking forward to making this tomorrow. 👨🏼🍳

@@PaigeBurrows you bake my day 🥰 thank you! made the bread n it was yummy!
I wish she shows the amount of ingredients to put in 😢
I am disappointed that you don't share the recipe.
rina2012ful I’m sorry to hear that, Rina. But thank you for the comment and feedback!
What’s the point of watching this without the recipe.
It’s for people for purchased the book and want a video guide. Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts!
I have to agree with Justine ... a bit of a waste of time watching movies that don't help you any further
Well thank you for tuning in anyway & leaving a comment! Have a great day 🤗
Hey Beauty 😍😍😊
