Bro, I am a welding inspector by trade and I purchased a desktop CNC a little over a year ago and this episode had me glued to the screen. So much valuable information. Every Highschool in America should have this machinery and teach this trade/knowledge!....Much love and respect👊🏾👊🏾
If everyone did it that would lower your salary drastically! 😅
@@anonymousmind, Not really. A lot of high schoolers will become software engineers and work at Facebook or Google because they pay way more. It won’t matter that they can program g-code.
Titan, thank you for the promo code info. I am upgrading from Mastercam Mill 2D to Mill 3D and the promo code saved me over $2000! Keep up the great work!!
Awesome 😁
Antonmursid🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🇲🇨
Watching you guys calmly doing this while running a new program makes me smile. There is always that weird moment of relief when hitting the green button and the first pass does what it was suppose to do. It seems every time I start to relax setting up a new part something bits my arss.
I've been doing this stuff since I was 18. I never wanted to do this into my 30's. But for the first time in my career I get excited when I watch you guys machine. so passionate about what you do. I've never seen that before.
Titan, I love the patience you give your son. I did top secret R&D for General Dynamics medium caliber munitions in Downey, CA in the 90"s. That was an awesome plant! I'm at a new 20 year young company. I need good CNC machinist!!! I'm ready for a move.
Absolutely the most professional shop I've ever seen!!
The Tech you have and knowledge you and your employees have is AMAZING.
I worked I a very clean shop but couldn't get hardly any training at all. Nobody is willing to help at all. I am told look it up in the book. I don't learn as well like that. My aptitude is more hands on. Wish I could have someone willing and eager to help train me and want me to succeed.
I have 26 years in this shop but only 8 years doing machining. I can't even get to run the Haas lathe or mill unless it's an emergency or somebody has a day off.
But I get told in my yearly reviews that I'm stupid and don't want to learn.
Had enough and just applied to another job.😥
Great to see a young man trusting his instincts about what to do in life. Fantastic choice.
Titan, your boy is a wicked smart kid! He's doing a great job. Keep on building his confidence. Awesome show, awesome work, cheers.
I absolutely love your passion for manufacturing and your true humbleness!! Love your videos too.
Love when Tyson is teaching! He reminds me of the 1st machinist that trained me and basically made me from bench deburr guy to full CNC Programmer.
When Tyson opens his own machine shop in Central Florida let me know! I would love to work for him! :)
I’m using a Tsugami TMU1R at my job making medical parts. Mill turns are bad ass machines, the wait codes and split programming are the biggest things to get used too. In my case I’m learning Swiss as well because this is Swiss style. About the closest thing you can get to making complex one operation parts.
Longest ad I have ever seen. I like ads.
Thankyou for the incredible demonstrations. If I was young and looking for a career I would be doing this.
Thanks for all of your contribute for us..
Its so "Bombastic"
Salam dari Indonesia 🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩
TITANS OF CNC BABY !!! I watch all your videos, You guys are something else, I love how Titans push is raising the bar continually. Titan I look up to you heavy ! Keep it coming 💯💯
Thank You Titan! Keep America Great! Manufacturing is Our Strength!
HAHAHAHAHAHaHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I come from ASCI and EISA star wheel machines. I have Swiss Screw Citizen. Mazak , Okuma , Mori Seiki Bullard , Lagun , Bridgeport . I am loving your work here. Blessing and keep up the good work.
Not 'boom' like "Boom 😬", but 'boom' like "BOOOOMM!!! 💪🏼"
Killing it Tyson..💪🏽👍🏼 awesome detailed explanations on the processes involved.
i like that shy to push that green button because someone is filming :)
Tyson: I can see the similarities in behavior between you & myself. It's hard to say how similar we are for sure but if you've never spent a few years getting into great shape, I highly recommend it. It's probably the single greatest advantage I've ever gained fighting some of the mental & social challenges that people "on the spectrum" so to speak, face.
I've had some major surgeries so getting past those challenges to getting back into great shape is whole order of magnitude more difficult but I continue to push, having learned the advantages of my previous condition.
Talking about stuff like this out in public is probably further proof of my "challenges" lol
My version of the story though is that I just don't give a fuuuuck!
Everyone else is just too closed off. People like you & myself can develop the advantage of calrity through logic more easily, I think.
We need Tim Allen to get a hold of this 9 Axis 30hp machine and turn it into a V8 powered 500hp beast!
Tell makino I’d like to Demo an A51NX for a couple years and I’ll give them feedback at the end :)
Appreciate your content. Wish my customers drove my machines to multi-axis. Maybe I should just start writing snail mail to potential customers 👍🏼✔️
Congratulations Titan, amazing event and significant savings for the industry.
Thank you very very much brother Titan. You are rocking. May god bless you.
Can't wait to see what you eventually create on yours we've got the SMX2600S and I have done all sorts of billet aluminium jobs but there's no one in our country that could teach us how to use it so we've had to figure it out for ourselves.
I would love to see Tim the tool man Taylor visit this shop.
ay Titan love your ad-libs.. lol you have real passion in what you do
we got 2 9-axis Doosans at work. i didn’t know 9-axis was a thing, i always called them Combo machines or Hybrid machines
I've always wanted to learn how to program a cnc, but I was drafted into a different department of the aero manufacturing for 30 years. This guy explains it so simplistic and fun. I'm 60 now and in good shape. Is it too late to learn.
not at all! I am 49. I have an associates degree in mechanical design, and spent 25 years as a designer, including 18 years as a lead designer at my previous employer which fired me for being incompetent after I suffered an aneurysm/stroke. once able to return to work, i decided to make a career change to cnc machining. Within a month of training on the job on cnc programming, i was turned loose on my own making my own details. so to answer your question, never to old to do anything you want. As a little bit of advice, search on youtube and watch all of the videos you can and learn from those. Titan does an excellent job of explaining things step by step. After being off work for 2 years, having numerous surgeries, including brain surgery, and not having any income during that time except for exhausting my 401k, watching these instructional videos on youtube was a cheap way of learning it. Thanks Titan for sharing these videos and i learned alot by listening to your first video explaining your life experiences that brought you to where you are today. Even though, our life paths are different, i found similarities between us to create my drive to pursue this career change.
@@super38 wow going through all the trials of life you went through, and still have such positive and passion for the type of work it takes to learn cnc, I'm inspired by you. Yes I have been checking out titans videos and you just have to have the passion to create a part through programming. I get goosebumps watching a cnc work. I will take your advice. Thanks. Hope you are ok now but know that someone else is praying for you for prosperity and healthy life.
Hey Tyson ! just curious how long did it take you to program the part? Cool video buddy

Awesome just love you guys. Great stuff . Respect from Australia Melbourne.
You're really good at Machining! I admire your contents
You have a nice teams and a crazy dream shop.
10 credits from my B.S in mechanical engineering with 11 years of engine driven compressor maintenance and instrumentation experience, and I cant even get a phone interview for CNC related positions. Even with Autocad experience and manual machine work it is tough industry to start out in YMMV.
They have Bout nearly all companies in the US and send them out. Having Americans to Rise up to the Challange is so Amazing and make many people very very happy around the world that American have started the fight with these evil , very rich, very greedy noon human entities. I am not American but I wish for you to win this fight..........:)
You are right Titan,I also believe that manufacturing needs to be HERE (USA) .Training Training....and it's free keep up with your mission Titan it is your calling
so awesome . Thanks Titan and crew .
Oooooo that Mistar 555! Couldnt have me around that machine, I'd be measuring everything, like 🤔 my pb&j is 5000 micron bigger than yesterday.
Tyson is a boss.
Can you do it live on youtube too, we are some that cant use FB at work please?
I hope you made the promises of your video "Great CNC Machinists Don’t Get Paid Enough | The Biggest Problem in CNC Machining" true by now
9 axis 9 He says, I've been out of the CNC for 23 years I can honestly say 5 axis was thought at the time for our shop, 9 axis would be like the 4th dimension
How to calculate the feed rate and depth of cuts according to the material hardness.
No idea, but would love to find out.
Asking as a Grand Pa, where do you go to school for this ? How many years ?
Wow great machine show from Titan.. i love this video.. I know Fanuc machine for the first time at 1998 , grinding machine named MTI Grinding machine at Quantum Peripherals Company for hard disk head production.. Very famous brand.
Beautiful 💞 cnc 9x
You are amazing guys! What a team!
When will the USA switch to the metric system?
Never this is merica!!!!!!! Jajajajaja
So How much will something like this weigh ? will your floor hole that much or you need to build another building ?
Tyson is amazing, boommmm
1:22 Tyson zoning out big time… BOOM
i dont even work in cnc machine inspection manufacturer ANY OF THIS CRAP! (i work in software development)
i cant help but watch because its just so pleasurable to watch someone who knows there craft talk about it
9th axis? That axis must be all connected to the small amplifier. It's a great machine!
Awesome channel! Awesome episode! BOOM!
Is mastercam working for 9 axis? Curious if that is what you’re using or are you hard coding the machines? I have Gibbs currently but I’m limited to 4 axis milling and 7 axis turning. Problem is I don’t have a multi turn center but I have the software.
Awesome videos thanks Titan
hi. what program do you use to create a 3d model for MasterCam?
Modeling the machine for simulation is normally outsourced. Always good to talk to Mastercam directly about that.
The part model though is simple enough to do directly in Mastercam
I will now just order one Titan CNC T shirt i will go get interview and when they see shirt they wont bother me with any questions so as i get to workplace i just continue the video and get paid.
Jus sayin, by the time you tool it with turret tools, spindle liners etc and V Flange tools, this is a million dollar baby. You better have the right work for it for payback.... Avg job shops just don't have these....
It's a chicken or the egg situation. Do you need the right jobs to buy the machine or do need the machine to get the right jobs.
You need the right customer that has the range of work that includes this machine, and a need for long term capacity. If you don’t have that, you will end up running sub standard work on it just to keep it running that won’t pay its note....
Understanding process limits is more reliable than the promises of machinery salesmen.
Avoid those costly material review board decisions and meet delivery requirements to survive in this competitive manufacturing market.
nice machine !!!
What's the difference between a mill and a lathe?
Congratulations 🎉🎆🎈🥳🥳🥳 sir
How much does 1 one of these Duson 9 axis machines cost ?
Titan, we want discounts in Australia
Hey Titan, is there a way to learn this Master Cam for free? Because I don't have a lot of money and I would like to be proficient in master cam.
Chổ tui mà có rừng như vậy chắc tui cũng đi tối ngày Thử ik đà lạt ik a e bình luận nhìu lắm r đó 😣😣
like xtreme 4x4 back in the day, still needs more ads
what is timemark for 9axis machine?
Pro tip, get a live center on the lower turret.
boy 9 axis is just a wow, Like mind-boggling, do you run balsa wood for a dry run? LOL
Does the coolant stay clear?
Yes it does i have something similar ,mine is light blue
@@Houcnc what type is it
Is the Mill Turn Simultaneous 5 axis or 4+1?
4+1 is standard, This one looks to have the B5 control so it's full simultaneous.

CMMs on the shop floor are very common here.
Why didn’t you equip machine tool with good camera????
I signed promotion code for mastercam but i can't find the reseller in Vietnam, can you help me ?
Is this a Jersey "Thing"???
Plze 3axis machines manual program sir
They don't even show prices on their site...
its so easy its so easy ..yes if everything is new new reality is not like that
It must really be nice to have all the money, tooling and everything else you could possibly need for free it must be must be nice
What makes you think it was all free?
Yeah titan gets sponsors and might even have tools provided. But even if that was the case, people usually only do that when you do something in return for them. Titan worked to get to where he is.
@@robertr9138 sponsored
@@apted383 sponsored doesn't necessarily mean free. Sponsored can many MANY different things.
While 200k subs is nothing to sneeze at, you gotta think most companies aren't super impressed with that number. 2-3 million? Then you start really getting noticed. Smarter Every Day has over 6 million (I think).
Boom
Hanzhen harmonic drive gear , robot joint gear , acurator, over 30 years experience ,

It's Boombastic telefantastic....
It’s very difficult to teach old machinist, The benefits of high speed machining. All I get is it doesn’t sound right. I don’t like the high-pitched noises.

why 9 axis? its not a 5 axis?
