Im calling it, the Hades I casts are currently inside Chronos (like he literally ate them). The only way to get them out is to gather materials from the surface and mainly a 'special' material from Zues' palace (perhaps a chunk of this game's version 'Blade of Olympus from GoW). And it cost 1 of this material to release 1 cast member. Calling it part 2 The order of the cast to be release will be: Zagreus (which unlocks multiplayer) --> Maegera --> Achilles --> Persephone --> Hades.
I reallllly don't think there are any plans for this game to have multiplayer. Judging from the name of the item "Entropy" maybe there is a chance Ares or Chaos is coming in as a final encounter for the betrayal finish. But in all likelihood Zagreus is the final boss because he is what accidentally triggered Cronus's revival. The Infernal Arms had to be anointed in Titan Blood in order to be upgraded and Cronus mentions that Zagreus had a different fate than the rest of the House of Hades so it may be likely that he is being puppeted somehow by the Ttians.
Maybe it'll work like it did in Hades 1, where we have to beat the final boss several times to get the real credits sequence, and each time we save one of the members of the house. With Dusa as the true final boss
Now hear me out of there is a 3rd update I hope it will be in the frontlines that would eventually lead to the place where the rest of the house is being held along with the fates. The main boss of this area is Atlas and we would see Ares and Sisyphus here.

Supergiant stated they intended Hades 2 to be a singleplayer game. And don't forgot Thanatos and Dusa!

idk, my dad 3d looks wonky too, I accept this as a cannon.
I think it's just you because I always felt their 3D models were always wonky, even in hades 1.
