I like how every time he inserts himself into the scene it feels like an apex predator just walked in
Those "9999!" damage numbers will do that.
Its really the horrorlike music for me
Like, when icarus or artemis or even damn nemesis appear its nothing even close to the MENACE of his theme
I keep thinking ONE of his cleaves gonna instakill me
Literally my blood goes cold
Considering that Hera have spent every waking moment trying to kill and or ruin his life I think he has every right to be a little jaded
True.
Hera tried to kill Heracles since he was a baby , then forced Heracles to kill his wife and children in a fit of madness , then forced Hracles to do 12 labours , then Heracles lost one of his eromenos when he was an argonaut , then Heracles lost his twin brother in a siege against Troy , then Heracles lost his brother-in-law AND his family in a second fit of madness , forced to do another set of labours , then he was betrayed by his third wife with a venom that uses centaur and hydra's blood and the pain was so terrible that he put himself on fire to be liberated of all.
@@phantasosxgames8488Eris loved that. ❤
@phantasosxgames8488 wait I didn't know about the second set of labour's what did he have to do?
More like sell himself to slavery to a neighbouring queen@@xaviercarrillo1703
@@phantasosxgames8488 I'm still weirded out that his third wife (the one that killed him) shares her name with an aunt of mine :'D
He’s actually pretty nice to Melinoe considering.
I mean it doesn’t surprise me! Hera made this man’s life a living hell the minute he was born and she really crossed the line when she gave him temporary madness and had him murder his wife and children!
A the 12 Labors, total horse crap. Another slight from Hera when she basically gave an Oracle a $20 and tricked a grieving Heracles into doing said Labors to atone for his “crime”. All that led to him being bossed around by his cousin who was a King but he was so unimportant I even forgot his name!
He's the real kratos
@Jeebs544 But at the end of it all he DOES ascend to god good…..after being poisoned by 2nd Wife.
I appreciate that they used "Heracles" (his Greek name) instead of "Hercules" (his more famous Roman one), since Zeus had him with another woman and so named him after Hera to appease her, prompting her wrath to befall the child instead of him.
Huh. Seems as soon as he learns Mel is a witch, he gives her the cold shoulder.
But why Heracles has never encountered a witch that would have ruined his life?
@@AhmedBalahimthe only witch I think he has encountered would have to be Medea during his time as an argonaut.
@@lunerblade13 what did Medea do to him? She never made his life suck since the argonauts left him because he was busy finding his male lover (who also his long distant-cousin) hylas who abandoned him (or abducted) for/by naiads
@@AhmedBalahim it’s not about the things she did to him but the things she did around him. It’s enough to give Heracles an impression of witches.
@@lunerblade13 I don't think he ever even met Medea, he got left behind while searching for Hylas about a third of the way into the Argo's journey to Colchis.
I hope he has dialogue for Medea talking about their joint trip with Jason
I can't wait to see how the dynamic between Hera and Heracles could unfurl.
Post edit @3:03. Note the use of perpetuate.
Herc is tired
Nah, Heracles and Hera made up after his “death.”
"All mortals are born to die, I was also born to kill." That hurts, you can tell he hates having to constantly kill things for the gods and regrets some of the murders he caused. 6:23 this interaction is also my favorite because you can tell he's suppressing his anger towards Melinoe because he knows she doesn't have the full story.
Would.
real
Who wouldnt!
Oh absolutely
Till he popped me
You know, I’m not even into buff men like that but. Would. Something about the voice and how he speaks
Honestly having Heracles being somewhat like GOW 1 and/or 2 Kratos is amazing
I mean Kratos is very much based on Heracles. The killing of his family due to the trickery of a god, his status as a son of Zeus.
i can fix him🥺🤣
i don't think he trusts women ever since the whole "poison so painful he threw himself into the fire to end it all"
Ong u cant
Well if you do, Hera will just break him again.
@@corrinflakes9659 the hera - Heracles beef is eternal
yeah Hera isn't gonna let you do that
Poor Alcaeus.
Does Heracles know what happened to Hades? If so, damn Heracles, not like it was his choice to be so far apart from Melinoe lmao
Why is melinoe referred to half god shouldn’t Persephone be her mother
Persephone is half-mortal so Melinoe is quarter mortal
I mean can you really blame him?
Soooo... Heracles address Melinoe as sister, yet she claims herself to be a daughter of Hades...
Then again, denial may be better for her sanity. The Olympian family tree is a tangled knot with Zeus at every tangle.
If she was Zeus’s daughter, she wouldn’t be able to break into Tartarus. Nor would she have one of Hades’s black eyes.
Heracles is referring to her as a sister in arms.
Its pretty obvious that Melinoe is Hades daughter, the eyes, the skin and the fire footsteps
He addresses her more as a sister in arms. In reality they are cousins
He address her like a sister in Arms. Like Artemis, Selene or Hekate
She is the daughter of Hades. He is a son of Zeus. They are blood related and can refer to each other as "Cousins". So she is indeed his sister. I don't understand the confusion.
