You left out Rug Rats, Rocko's modern life, Aaaah Real Monsters, Eerie Indiana, Are you Afraid of the Dark, Dark Wing Duck, The Power Rangers, The adventures of Pete and Pete, I mean I could go on and on. I loved Inspector Gadget.....I know its not a 90's cartoon but its still a pretty old cartoon and I love it.

So Samurai Pizza Cats did not do much of a success, because of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Did the people just watch the previews, and then said, "This copies off of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, so we will not watch it?" I like Samurai Pizza Cats better than Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and I do not consider it copying off of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles got a live action movie, but not Battle Toads (which is another show that I like better than Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but alot of you hate it), and I think the live action movie for Samurai Pizza Cats will not work out well, because they have to use alot of computer work or use puppets, because they are not any humans in the show, but only talking animals. SPOILER ALERT: I like Battle Toads and Samurai Pizza Cats better than Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, because in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, there were four turtles that were mutated by toxic ooze, and they were mutated into Leonardo, Donatello, Raphile, and Michelangelo, but Battle Toads cartoon had three people that put on the devices that turned them into Battle Toads instead of toads mutating (someone gave a good point that if it's toads mutating, they would croak while they're talking, and that's annoying) and Samurai Pizza Cats is just abnormal, and it's a show were animals already talk and can move around and can stand on two feet and do stuff that humans can do instead of them mutating.
I read on Wikipedia that one of the writers had sung the theme song; he had a few drinks before the recording session began and accidentally flubbed a line that was kept in the final version of the theme: "This cat gets down down with a love hangover"
I always thought it was “Love Hangover” till just now. I’m glad I wasn’t the only one. Besides, I only watched this for the theme. I’m sure it’s no coincidence he was trying to sound like Paul Lynde either.

+Monkey Mutant Boss Nya, this reminds me "Humor amarillo" (Takeshi's castle) in Spain the people in charge of the translation didn't have the texts so they improvised the dialogues, what turned the contest into something even more surreal and hilarious. They even invented recurring characters that didn't exist. For example, the contestant who suffered the most ridiculous defeat according to them was always the same person, the Chinese Cudeiro. The tests had absurd names like "the labyrinth of the chinesetaur" or "the test of the diveburguers", the presenters were speak about topics like the speculation of the ground, the unemployment or anything else, trying to connect it with the images. Pure madness XD

The running gag in that series was that a giant robot always appeared when Little Tokyo started to shake. And all robots had the well-known crow's beak in a yellow or purple color.
Actually, the original was a Japanese show that had nothing to do with TMNT. They only brought the show to America and changed the title to cash in on the Ninja Turtles' populairity.

Actually, the original was a Japanese show that had nothing to do with TMNT.
