Hi guys. Please follow the description bar for ingredients list as I’ve made an error on the video list. Hope that helps! I’ll get better next video 🤞
How do you do your mix powder
@@robsanders7812
cement mixer...makes it very easy but obviously make sure its clean first..
Superb 👍
This was brilliant, best curry ever had, yes I had to do all the prep in advance, but seriously worth it thanks you’re a star x
Latif has to be the most talented man when it comes to cooking, pure genius!!
Love the new format, so much clearer, especially with the ingredient listing 👍👍👍
Love how clean your kitchen is 10/10
Thanks for sharing your curries 😊
I cooked this at weekend and done your tandoori recipe for the chicken ....amazingly good ..easy to follow and as good as any curry I have had and been in some very special restaurants thank you sir....brilliant...
I just had my Sunday dinner. I watched this vid and I'm hungry again! A bowl of your balti and a naan bread would have been the best Sunday dinner ever lol!!
Wow, that looks the business Latif! I love the sizzling Balti dish.. You’ll have to show us your Balti paste now!
Very tasty :) thanks for showing
Loving the recipe, chef! Much easier once we've viewed it to write it down. 😃
Loving the list of ingredients at the beginning of the video. We can get them sorted and cook along with you. Love your style of cooking too. Thanks
Excellent Latif! Addition of written ingredients and number of servings is hugely helpful. Videos are becoming more and more professional without losing the original charm.
Really enjoy watching the genuine preparation and balance of flavours that go into your cooking. Thank you
Mark L thank you so much. Yes not following any scripts or anything just being myself 🤞
Great tutorial it looks lovely, so do you lol! Great personality. Will have a go at this. Thank you
This is precious knowledge now that there aren't so many places serving baltis! Thank you for sharing.
Looks fantastic alright Latif and good video. Like the new format too. Always with a smile as well. Great stuff.
Norman McIntosh thx I’m learning & improving slowly
Bless you chef!! Lots of love! Thanks 🙏😀
Love the way you explain the reasons why you do each stage - sooo useful. Keep up the good work Latif :)
One of the Best chef I have ever seen Here On UA-cam.. top man❤
Nothing but love man. You are absolutely brilliant chef. Thanks again for your show!!
Thank you for the amazing recipe. I am a Brit living in Saudi and there are no BIRs here! I have been without a decent curry for a long time. This video has been a life saver, I can finally have balti that tastes just like the real thing!
I made it today and it tasted amazing!
I would love to learn how to make Saag Aloo. It is my favourite veggie dish :) I hope you will consider this for future vlogs.
if you’re in Jeddah try Pakestani restaurants. It’s not your British stuff but you’ll find great curries if you try. Indian food is good in a few places but Paki food is better. Indian food is better in Singapore & London than Saudi. Good luck.
Love how your videos have developed over time. Keep up the good work my friend.
Awesome video, thanks for sharing. Can’t wait to try it! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻👍🏻
Looks magic mate, so simple and delicious
Brit living in the US....followed this recipe to a tee, and it came out perfect !!!! Thanks for sharing and its a must to have the base gravy and puree recipes....missus and son well happy !!!!!!
That look's Great .You are one hell of a Chef.
Love your videos latif, it's definitely got me inspired to cook Indian cuisine, thanks allot.
just finished making and eating it -FANTASTIC I never realised how much that final transfer into a smoking hot kahari adds to the flavour.
THANK YOU so much for sharing guys :)
Again another fantastic dish, can't wait to try, as always your style is 5star never let us down still waiting that day u show us (BIR) Chicken Curry ha ha! but in the meantime enjoying all the other dishes.....
Loving the videos latif! You've inspired me to make curry tonight. I don't follow a recipe.. most times I follow my tastebuds! Great motto.
It's my dream to open two restaurants. One totally Bangladeshi, organic, halál and free range. The other, totally vegan, gluten and wheat free. I want them to be award winning. Any spare food left at the end of the day, goes to family, friends and the homeless. If customers don't finish their food, they automatically get to take it home and its mandatory. Zero food waste.
Any updates

This is a great video and I love your passion and enjoyment. First time I've deviated from the back of the jar instructions and it taste so much better
Another great dish, another great video. ;-)
Hello. You cook well, and have an amazing presence on camera too. Kudos to you sir. I am a cook too, but left the business years ago. I still love to cook, and Indian food is my favourite. I was wondering, aside from the obvious food cost, and trying to keep that down, is there some reason why you would use vegetable ghee over the real butter ghee? Let's say they were both the same food cost, would you use vegetable ghee then, or just the real butter ghee?
Keep up the good work. Unfortunately I live in Canada, and won't be coming to your resto anytime soon, but I sure would if I could. Cheers to you and Latifs. :-)
Superb 👌 looking delicious!
Nice clean space and well explained
Just found you guys on UA-cam, I’m hooked, fab chef and supper food - will be cooking your Balti at the weekend. Thanks,,
Really nice !can you show us how to cook chicken tikka
Wonderful, that is exactly as I like it🕊❤️
Cooked this today. I can still taste and smell it now. And my hands smell of Methi lol. Beautiful.
Looks fantastic 👌
Exceptional. Unprepared, I improvised the balti sauce. Used yoghurt, Patak's tikka paste, garam masala, cinnamon powder and it was crying out for fresh lime juice. That was my fast improvised balti sauce substitute. The lime juice really lifted it. I was very very pleased at thow delicious this was and would have been with or without lime juice in the sauce
Outstanding.🤤🙏🏽👍🏼🏴
You have the cleanest kitchen.
You are always amazing brother.. you are my inspiration now for my small kitchenette dream.. I'll let you know when I open one someday soon Inthe Philippines.. I never stop learning your cooking trick and style.. much love brother 😘

Tried the balti and pathia recipes this week and these are easily the most authentic HOMEMADE BIR curries I’ve had in the 30 years I’ve been a curry addict. Any chance that you could do my favourite a chicken tikka jalfrezi. Cheers
**Beautiful**
Brilliant

Hi, Latif got my husband making me traditional lamb chop curry.

looks awesome think we`ve got a new kid on the block
Latif could you show or explain to us the technique you use for the dish being cooked in the balti pan.
Graham Charlton will do in the future. Thank you
Do you a recipe for the Balti Paste. Could you do a video please 🙏🏻
👌👌👌👍🙏
Looks lovely
Brilliant! No wonder Bangladeshi’s/Bengali’s ARE the best chefs of Indian food in the UK!
And indian reastrants are closing because they can cook themselves now.
Mr Latif has all the answer...
See this is what people should be watching and learning on tv learning about different cultural cooking there will be less racial problems people will be so hooked on the delicious food they won't have time for fighting lol we should be uniting and not fighting :-)
Hi Latif. This looks good. You didn't include the Kashmiri Chilli Powder in the listed ingredients. Any chance of telling us what's in your Balti Paste?
Looks lovely, can you show us how to make chicken tikka chat please
Yam yam indianfood
Lovely looking dish Latif 👍🏼
Certainly an improvement by showing the ingredients list.
Keith N thank you Keith but please use the description bar as I got a few things wrong on the ingredients list. I’ll make sure it doesn’t happen on the next video though! Thank you so much

In sha Allah coming down soon
This guy is brilliant and has a raid and character

Hi Latif, quick question - usually a Baltic has that signature tangy taste. Is that tang purely coming from the Balti Paste you use? I assumed you’d need a touch of lemon juice to give it that Balti tang?
