How was he swapping between 2 soaps and water on just the gun? What dilution ratio are you using with the aluminum brightener to safely apply to whole truck?
The two step system is built into the gun. Bioclean makes the soap to where it is balanced for downstreaming. It's a pretty simple process. I'd recommend speaking with Blaine at Bioclean Systems.
Marco could you tell me more about your gun how can I find more info on it I see u changing chemicals very fast and not having to move ur suction hose from your DS injector
What to charge. Guys got 8 trucks wants me to wash every week. Dont know about trailers. Any help would be great . I just downstream houses. Haven't washed trucks.
Gr8 video.
Very informative and you do good work!!!
Video showed us nothing. Where's the downstreaming process? What is the ratio to mix? How is he switching steps? What ball balve does he use?
Thank you very much !
Hi Nice Video ! At what pressure you aplly the 2 steps ? and at what pressure you rinse with plaine water ? Thanks in advance
Buttonfanatic the two step is under almost no pressure because it is downstreamed. We use 2000 psi when rinsing

It's called a three way valve that's on the gun. There are two separate hoses that attach for each chemical
Do y’all sell any two step soaps up there in Houston at your place ?
Currently no. But it will eventually change
Good work bro...I thought most guys 2 step using hot water?....
is this the washer you guys was working this summer ?
Gala Gauthier Yes, this is one of the projects we worked on.
Do you have a phase where you clean a truck that is actually dirty?
We can make one when we have our class this month. These trucks are cleaned weekly so they generally don't get very dirty

This is a pricing guide, which keep in mind every market is different.

I used the 2 steps wash but how do you keep the pressure on Hi Pressure when you spraying?
The two step is low pressure, then there is a valve that turns the gun to high pressure
@@washmart8616 I have it the same way, but they way you are spraying the soup look like on hi-pressure and I like your setup Good Job.
@@washmart8616 Look at the low pressure from my 2 steps ua-cam.com/video/8LHgo0p2wHA/v-deo.html
Do you have to use hot water
You don't. But I found with hot water you use less chemical and clean faster
What size pressure tip are you using?
Joshua Sutton this is a special tip provided by Bioclean. I don't know the specs of this particular tip because it was custom made for this setup
R Washers ok, thank you for the response
Hi what is the best soap for that??
J&D TheDetailBoss an aluminum brightener soap as step 1, a caustic degreaser as your second soap. This soap is from Bioclean.
Thanks but where can I find those products please????
J&D TheDetailBoss Bioclean Systems. Contact Blaine. They are out of Minnesota
This 2 step wouldn't work on the trucks we wash.. They get dirty!!
I've learned heavy build up on trucks require brushing. This is a method that works for... Lightly dirty trucks
