I'seen this attachment on alot of European videos. i don't understand why I dont see it on equipment here in the US. This thing will save you more time and labor, extra equipment when it come to clean up, excavation etc. very impressive and revultionary thing to have.
thats cool how it has the hydro lines plumbed into the quick attach, I'm just curious how clean they could stay if you were using a normal bucket in mud or something
Depends on the size of machine and the bucket, the tiltrotators are made to take the same force that the excavator can excerpt, most go one size bigger though. They do take away from your overall machine performance as they do weight a bit so it's not if your in a mine just loading trucks all day (even if it can do it) but more where you do lots of different things like doing foundations for houses and planning gardens and so on.
If they were at ConExpo 2014 they must be ready to start importing to the US. Anyone have any details? It's sad to see the US, who was the driving force of heavy equipment innovation for the 20th century hasn't been in decades.
Swedish backhoes are using these, even when raising power line poles together with a grab john bucket :) Search for Huddig and you should find your answer ;) Might be another brand though but they are all similar with pros and cons
thequattro20v It just seems to be a European set up with multiple attachments. They are even demonstrating it on an wheeled excavator that you would see Europe.

Yeah the Oilquick/Eng Con system is amazing.
Engcon has talked about expanding in North America for a long while in swedish newspapers
that operator is very skilled
Nice of him to give you a good Demo
You made it, did the truck? I'll be there tomorrow.

The connections are automaticly closed if there arent any oilcoupplings on the atachment.
Ok I have to ask, what is the pizza cutter thing for?
for example to cut through asfalt
But, I thought the old lady dropped the engcon into the ocean ?!
Ok I'ma dumb A$$ that question has already been answered cest la vie.
cool, how much dirt can it move?

the vibrating plate looks ok for on surface compaction but useless in a deep trench.
It's used there too as long as the trench is wide enough for the tool :)
Can it be adapted to a backhoe

Looks like an very expensive quick attach system I'am guessing it is geared towards European customers.
Why should it be for just european customers?
a quick hundred grand for a good size digger :)

sisutrucks A lot of money and probably requires lots of maintenance.
Graveltrucking The quickatachment system is not that much maintenance but there is more maintanence on the Rototilt.
