Thank you for your advice and tips! 👏🏾 I have struggled to lose my weight during exercises. I realize and I need to make changes. Analyze and give my time to know my body better. Focus on myself, patience, and no compare with others (that is one of my problems and need to rid of that). Again, thanks for everything 🙏🏾

Can eating too much healthy fats cause weight gain even if it's within a good calorie range?? Or it's only excess calories that causes weight gain? Because I'm either not tracking my calories well or eating too much dietary fat is making me gain weight and I'm not happy with this at all! But I've been eating lots of fat for the fat soluble vitamins for bone health like vitamin K2 but I don't want to gain body fat either!

My recommendation is to remain around 30% total for fat in relation to total calories if you're trying to lose weight. Have you ever calculated your macros? If not, I have a step by step guide on how to do it for yourself here: ua-cam.com/video/zaFQ99rRRz4/v-deo.html

@@laceybaier_ I think I've been eating more fat than 30% I haven't really track my macros only because it's kind of hard I just go by the foods I choose, but based on the foods I choose I know I've been eating more than thirty percent of fat
It's tricky because I'm balancing between losing belly fat and thigh fat and wanting to increase bone density but I know bones are made 50% of protein I think I've been eating higher protein with higher fat and then carbs, but maybe this isn't working out if it's causing me weight gain? I'll check out the video link maybe I need to learn how to track macros and not just calories ? 🤔

These are great questions, so thank you for asking! You've inspired me to make more videos on these topics :) Yes, tracking macros would be a great next step to improving your body composition! Here's a great video I made that can help explain them in more detail: ua-cam.com/video/zaFQ99rRRz4/v-deo.html. Also, you can increase your bone density by doing weight bearing activities like strength train and walking. :)

I would love to know how you have this much me time. People especially women have to take care of kids and work. It blows my mind that people can spend so much time on themselves. Must be nice.

I run my own business, homeschool my 4 kids, and workout every day - all it takes is prioritizing what you want in the day, and taking it step by step. :)
