Welcome back. Dimash has so many amazing songs, especially lately. He continues to push himself. Try El Amir Enti from his Almaty concert, He composed it and the presentation of it is unique and mind blowing and so mature. But it would be good to review Omir which means Life. It was released on his 29th birthday and reviews his life and career so far, all in a song which he composed. He doesn’t take his fame for granted and is such a deep thinker.
This song composed by Igor Krutoy with lyrics by Russian poetess Valerya Gorbacheva was written in 1994 specifically for the composer's Creative Evenings series and was originally performed by famous Russian singer Alla Pugachev. It won “Song of the Year” in 1994 and the Ovation prize for “Song of the Decade” in 2001. A number of artists covered this song, including Lara Fabian who rewrote the lyrics for her performance.
Dimash performed this song at the 2019 "A Gift for Alla" Concert celebrating the 70th anniversary of Alla Pugacheva in Moscow at the State Kremlin Palace. Dimash’s interpretation of this song is absolutely stunning, showcasing his unbelievable range as well as his exquisite control over the dynamics of the song. The arrangement with Igor at the piano and the string orchestra in the background is both lush and elegant like most of Igor’s productions. What a wonderful birthday present for Alla and the rest of the audience! And us now!

You really should check out some of the music that Dimash has composed for himself like his latest song Omir which he wrote both the music and lyrics for and is one of the very different pieces of work he's written since his move to LA.
Apparently he's written 5 new songs whilst he's been there and if Omir is the sign of things to come I can't wait to hear the rest.

Dimash has educated himself and been educated by teachers on top of all the supernatural gifting that he was born with, and so he has one basic register that goes from bottom to top+, and a number of mechanisms that others call breaks, but for him are decorations that adorn his beautiful and dramatic performances.
I believe he also has a very photographic memory that is also enabled in his muscle memories, and all this put together enables his output to be so far above what we have seen before. His gifting of dedication, drive, and desire to envelop his performances in love and only perfect outcomes brings dismay and despair to some who see him, but to us who love him, it is all sooooo uplifting and beautiful.
He is here for more than our lifetimes, not because he is young, but because this is destiny…..his very special destiny…. to raise the level of music again as happens from time to time.
What Hollywood has destroyed, Dimash will bring it back even better.

Maestro Igor Krutoy (piano) and Dimash presented the song first on Alla Pugachova's 70th birthday on April 2019. She is a famous singer in Russia. The event took place in the Crocus City Hall in Moscow.
Maestro Krutoy composed this song 28 years ago for Alla Pugacheva. Valerya Gorbacheva wrote the beautiful words. Now Igor and Dimash have refreshed the song and Dimash made it his song, incomparably beautiful. The interpretation is completely different from the original. I melt away every time I hear the song.
* Igor Krutoy, *1954 in Ukraine SSR. He lives and works in Moscow/ Russia. He is singer, a world- famous composer and music titan in Russia (billionaire). His family lives in the US. Krutoy came out of retirement to write songs for Dimash. The maestro and Dimash have been working together from time to time since 2018. They are friends and have a father-son relationship.
Krutoy wrote of what working with Dimash meant to him: “How lucky it is to be doing what you love to do, writing for such a brilliantly feeling singer, evoking deep emotion in the audience and being in demand'.

I recommend you to react to his last song Omir. This song is very personal and he composed and wrote the lyrics himself. It was a present for his Dears on his 29th. birthday May 24, 2023. As he said, he wanted to appreciate all the presents he received from us by giving us this song. Activate the subtitles because the lyrics are amazingly personal and touching.

That's about how long it takes to see how it fills in, how it lays on your face, and whether you would like it to be longer, shorter, or not at all. There are some great videos online for beard care.

I would also like a reaction to Samaltau, but I recommend the version for the Tokio Jazz Festival, also from Dimash's channel. A studio version, produced in his own studio in his family's home. Just Dimash's voice and the haunting sounds of the Kobys, a flute and a rainstick.
Visual effects are not necessary here, the images rise before the eyes all by themselves. For someone who not only consumes music but is a musician himself, this version is certainly more interesting and touching.

I have two favorite singers. Both are classically trained. Dimash and Dan Vasc. Dan is known as a metal singer because he sang metal with his band Fearless . He sings also opera etc. Please listen to his Amazing grace which he sings very powerful and also his operatic Nessum dorma. Than for an absolute showstopper, his role as Jesus singing Gethsemane from Jesus Christ Superstar.
