Removal Fractured Instrument and Cleaning & Shaping on Tooth 24

This video showing the removal of broken file on the maxillary left first premolar. The position of the fractured instrument was at the coronal third of the buccal canal. Removal was attempted using the fine endodontic ultrasonic tip. After the completely removed the fractured file, the buccal & palatal canal was proceed with cleaning & shaping.
