We were doing sunset shots and the cow catcher on the 4th gen had actually totalled 3 cars that have cut me off and didn't damage my 4th gen at all none of my 3rd gens are stock some of them are subtle
Haha yes I live in utah 😂and ya it’s a struggle to put the bike in the back but the locking pin on my bike rack snapped so I had to make due for a while.😆and thanks for the tip with the headlights I’ll have to go check out your video!🤙🏼

My husband is 6'2" and took the running boards off my 3rd Gen. And off his FJ. I'm 5'1". It sucks. The 4 Runner isn't too bad, but the FJ... he put rock sliders on which don't work as steps. I have to basically climb up, using the steering wheel and cup holder.
We're having the tinted tail light debate with our teen. It's be interesting to look at the demographics of those who like it. Someone at my dentist's office has a blue 4th Gen. It's not bright blue, sort of grey. Stands out without being obnoxious
When he mentioned the black headlights and especially tinted tails I immediately thought of high school. If I had my 4R in high school that is absolutely what I would have done - along with any of my friends. Now early 30s I want it OEM
Guys, I finally found a 2004 4runner with 200k miles for around 7 thousand dollars. Is it a good deal? Ps: it does have a big metal front bumper and to be real It might be my new daily... Oh did I tell you I'll off-road it every day!
Since we are giving each other shit. You get a 2 for the mountain bike in garage by ice chest. That bike is such a pile of crap that if on the back of perfect 10 4Runner drops it to a 5.

The hood scoops on 3rd gens and 4th gens can be turned into Functional hood scoops by taking the cap out
