Can laser resurfacing be done on scalp? Will it not damage the hair follicles?
@@movieda1377 Yes this is more in reference to patients who want removal and then skin issues sorted and left as is or a rebuild after. A derm would be best to say what collateral damage will be done to follicles but for patients with skin issues resulting from surgery,often we have to remove the hair anyway as it is not natural. So depends on patients' goals.

Dr B did brilliant work on me after Id an FUE butchery by a well known Manchester surgeon. His work is fantastic and I cam say I have experienced both ends of the FUE scale with Dr B being at the very top. Making a wrong choice can be life changing so do your research, study all your options then choose Dr B.

Can arm hairs be used for the hairline and temple's as they are usually softer finer hairs
For some yes..they are very fine singles but need to see what is behind them..it is hard to camouflage for example any thick and pluggy hair line with such fine singles..so you may need scalp hair for that to have a better chance of hiding larger units.

What do you do with the removed grafts?
Many clinics now will not punch out...they will tell the patient to have laser...Dr.Bisanga will re-use them and usually put back to the donor area so they are not wasted.

Thank you for watching...Yes we do perform beard on the right patient and important to look at the patient's age, hair loss potential and if investing scalp donor to beard is wise etc but happy to do so in the correct circumstance.

Sorry to hear this and it seems you have lived with it for 8 years now. Most of our patients are international and travel to us even from the US so try to see if you can see doctors also not limited to the UK , especially for a repair as it is more complex once one has poor surgery.
