I don't believe Chinese people can travel so freely and safe in India like many Indians travel to almost every corner of China. Even myself from Southeast Asia is not safe too in India. Been to India and China many times on behalf of my company business trips. I have experienced both countries and both countries are too far apart in differences. China is like day time so clean, clear and safe. India is like night time can't see clearly and unsafe.
