From somebody who has done this with A CNC router and not a laser. I have to say that I am very impressed with the level of detail you put into this. You did an amazing job, and i think it turned out great! I know this comment is 2 years late, but be proud. I especially liked the HDD ledges.

I'm kinda getting tired of each one of your videos being so freakin awesome! This is an amazing build. I think the two of you should consider putting together a laser cutting course.
I also just realized then when you revealed the inside of the computer through the acrylic, it could double as some night club scene from Cyberpunk 2077
To say you guys nailed it would be factually incorrect as no nails were even used here.... but wow! Not too shabby for a first major project in Fusion either!!! I am so proud to trace back the pedigree of knowledge to the one off Fusion lesson I gave Josh so many years ago.... who would have thought that it would have had such long reaching implications to people that I had not even met yet at the time...and lead to such incredible work! More solid proof that sharing our info and projects improves the world! :) GREAT job Thure!! Also, I have come to realize that anytime Nicole says, "that is unnecessary", it is completely necessary! :D
Gotta agree with the working on a running computer part. You're not really pro until you're comfortable fixing stuff inside a running computer. Also, you've made me realize how easily I can build a PC case myself. I've got plenty of thin MDF boards scrapped from old furniture. Plenty of tools, including a laser cutter, 3D printer and CNC mill, as well as access to everything thing Adobe and my school has paid for access to everything Autodesk, plus I already have two years of experience with Fusion 360 and 5+ years of experience working with SketchUp and a wee bit of Blender. I have zero excuse for not going as overkill as I want to go. I've got the skills, I've got the tools and if I decide to make a video, it'll be on my Arterexius channel
This is a really impressive build; you just earned yourself another sub. I have a custom-case rig (my main gamer, built directly onto a 27" monitor) built already, and I'm currently building another design for my old rig, both out of aluminium/composite material (using the most low-tech tools imaginable - everything is cut by hand with a Stanley knife). This video just gave me some new ideas around multi-layering, something I didn't previously consider since my current builds are both centered around ultra-size-reduction.
I like projects like these, handcrafted and something else. It looks like there is a little StarCraft and dead space theme going on here with the futuristic design of the chromey metal trim pieces covering each panel.
What a fantastic build, your tower looks so awesome I can't even think of the words! Love how you worked around the limitations you had to create such a cool design, truly wonderful 👍 already shared this to many friends 😁
Beautiful. You might have manufactured your corner brackets out of aluminum. It seems once all the hardware is installed in the chassis it will lose some structural integrity. It really is stunning work.

Hi I'm from California and been wanting a wooden pc case. I love the size and the design of this case. Wanted to ask if you can build me a chasis and send it to me. I can pay for your time, shipping, materials and shipping. Lmk if you can
Just saw this video and thought I’d do this for my brother for Christmas, have the plans been updated to tell you how to put the case together. And the amount of each material needed?
Unfortunately, while we have the plans available in patreon, it is not a comprehensive build instruction. We provided it more to show people the pieces we used and if you wanted to build it yourself, you could try. This was our first attempt at fusion/3d modeling so the files arent at a polished point. We have no plans at this time to get the files to that point either.

i like how you design the case, i think you can cut out the bottom a lot more and out some mash to have some more air, also the front you may want to put mash too. save your finger haha. overall i think this is really nice
The case turned out really cool! However, how do thermals look like as you have a weird fan configuration with all fans blowing air out of the case - there is no intake. Also, negative pressure setups lead to much more dust finding its way through.
@@WhenGeeksCraft Wouldn't you want the top pulling in so the radiator is pulling cool air and exhausting it out the front? IDK just curious to your thinking?
I was wondering, do you know if there's rules on commercially sold PC cases/PC's and where I can find them?
