Great video I didn’t think you could rebuild the pit bikes and sold mine when the compression went low now I see i made a mistake selling it saving for a mx bike tho
That bike is not running correctly, the rpms are floating. And are you sure there isnt any metal parts that flew to to the cases when the bike blew up? Might cause some damage in the future.

hi, you can get it from ebay or aliexpress. Rubber boot mounts on intake with screws, but depending on intake you can use silicon hose in necessary diameter.

yeah and it is much cheaper choice than mx bike.

there was air leak in rubber intake manifold and it made rpms float. and yes i am sure that there isnt any
metal parts ir crankcase.

How did u do the timing chain and know when it’s perfect just ordered new head for my yx160 and have no clue about the timing
turn magneto that T mark is aligned with notch in case, cam sprocket turn that lines align with notch in head.
and then put on chain

nop, cylinder didnt haave any damage
Not one bolt tighten to spec lol
And engine still runs.
