    In AC Generator... current is bi directional, every half rotation direction changes., If this current is lead into a motor,will the motor rotate in same direction or it will change direction of rotation?

    Sir I have a doubt . AC current is also flowing in the same direction or unidirectional. DC is also working the same way. How can you differentiate , sir? Can u pls clarify my doubt.

      Geetha Nagisetti it is AC generator and not AC current
      AC generator changes it’s direction after every rotation and
      DC generators does not change its current

      @sweta angel: Always remember: Fleming's left hand rule is for MOTOR and Fleming's right hand rule is for GENERATOR. (Genny (generator) is always right).

      2 rings is because its ac .in dc generator one ring with 2 terminals is used it looks like ( ).when coil moves from 0,90,180 degrees current generation is +ve,0,-ve.hence using one ring we get Dc.

    Actually the forefinger shows the direction of current and the second finger shows the direction of magnetic field because it's right hand rule
