Camping recipe: pieiron street corn fritter - simple, easy, and tasty. It's got the juice!

This is a super easy one! At it's core: corn, biscuit mix (cornbread mix if you like it even cornier), and milk. But you could add egg, chiles, MORE cheese. Top it all off with the usual street corn goods -- mayo, lime, Tajin, and you have a campfire meal.
