It's not too common that we see a comfy sleeping area on the main floor - but it works so well here. I can imagine a comfy murphy bed/folding desk combo on the main floor and a custom table and chairs to fill up the main floor. So many options to make this home work. Only minor little changes for me, but absolutely gorgeous home for a senior like me to live her last days overlooking gorgeous mountains and streams to go fishing in. I'm looking for a piece of land right now, very small piece out in the middle of nowhere actually. Just want peace and quiet to quilt and write children's stories about nature. I will be contacting you hopefully. Have to check with my bank to see if it's feasible. But going to send them this video for sure so my banker can see what I want to live in. Thanks for a superb video. Finally a place with a large window while cooking, washing dishes or just relaxing!!! I will be subscribing and checking out your website! This was a great video! Side note: I don't understand why people have such a problem with ads/sales, especially ones that are not obnoxious. This man is clearly a talented person who's craft deserves to be seen and appreciated. People have to eat you know! Anyone who's anyone is in sales, you sell yourself in a job interview, to your current employer when you want a promotion, and when you're trying to get a date etc. If you don't want to buy something, then don't, it's that simple. I don't get why people have to point it out as though it's a negative. 🙄 Goodness, this makes me appreciate people who actually see life for what it is and not sweat the small stuff, that much more!

Whoa... craftsman for sure! First I've seen that bucked the 8.5 foot wide limitation. Which really makes more sense when you think about it. How often are you going to be moving your tiny home? Nearly all find a plot of land to put it on and leave it there. So a single trip with some flags/permit/follow cars or whatever, is totally worth not feeling like you are stuck living in a cargo container.
I always love Zyl Vardos videos and builds. The most sensual homes on the market. Loved your commercial! Very entertaining, and will no doubt help their Kickstart campaign enormously.
I noticed that the fridge doors haven't been changed to open from the right...on top of the fridge are the bolts that can be removed, you turn door upside down and plug up the bolt holes...all fridges are designed to suit the floor space...thanks again for the amazing tour.
Damsel Fly house is lovely - I would have that upper area for kids, dogs or cats to live in and sleep downstairs, sleeping in the bed downstairs and have a pop up table for eating or work

love these homes but i feel like once these tiny homes exceeds 50k it defeats the purpose of having one. Tiny home should be rugged, sustainable and affordable.
