    fresh coriander leaves
    mint leaves

    green chilli
    salt
    oregano
    total calories - 290
    protien - 17g
    carbs - 28g
    fiber - 11.8g
    fats - 11g
    It has protein fiber healthy carbs and healthy fats.. along with paneer and chickpeas which will satisfy your hunger in just a small quantity.
