- Hey Poohs, I've been looking into buying a mobile home for years now. They are really nice and affordable. Tell me how yall like this and should I do more videos like this
this is a modular home there is a different in the two and they hold up nicely depending on certain weather conditions if you have tornados i would not go for this unless you build a basement or if you are not in a flood zone 😊🎉
They also have storm shelters; which can withstand a F-5 tornado. At that rate unless you are in a storm shelter nothing would survive.
I just bought a home last week. I spent all cash and saved for a long time. I paid 128,000 for a 4 bedroom house with land. I can't imagine spending that for a single wide or double wide trailer. Trailers are not sturdy and the walls aren't strong. I definitely could not spend that on a mobile home. A mobile home should not cost no more than 65,000.and that's pushing it
128k is great for home. Where do you stay? Now finding a new home here for that price is probably impossible, but some may not care about new homes. I personally like mobile homes, and plan to buy one. My brother has been on his for decades, and it is nice and sturdy. His walls have never had issues, BUT I can say his wall isn't like that one knocked on 🤣🤣...

Because my aunt bought her mobile home 40+ years ago & swear to you that house held up more than my other aunt's stick build house which was freshly built years after my aunts mobile home. Since my aunt with the mobile home had her house she had added a den, dining room & a basement on her home & it is gorgeous. The house was gorgeous before all of the add ons. I am from NY born & raised, trust me the prices of an apartment here will blow your mind, I live in a two bedroom apartment for $3200 a month let alone the price of million dollar houses here in NY. For me I am planning to get the hell out of NY & when I do this mobile home journey will be the route that I will take, trust & believe!!!
@valeriehurt3050 true. My friend bought a new home and her neighbors house was literally separating from the ground. He mad news and all, and the developers who built the home refused to help fix the issue
@@lifewithambz I so believe it, because after my aunt had her house built there was one problem after another with her stick built house compared to aunt with the mobile home. Well, since then the majority of my family members also took the route of getting a mobile home instead of a stick built house & no one has had any issues whatsoever!!!
Stick built homes can be just as bad if not properly taken care of. That’s the issue with people not educating themselves. My in laws house literally has cracks and foundation issues. Which is a-lot scarier than just “sturdy walls in a mobile home”
I like the 4 bedroom for the price it’s really nice the other one that looked like it was way too small

I work as a mental health tech....but there is a program my property manager was telling me about. I have to get more details from her.
How would we go about finding out these programs?
No i wouldn’t pay that price for that if you have to buy some land to put it on. Then you could buy a new build for that after doing all that. Now if you already have the land maybe for someone that doesn’t know how to build but my husband builds houses for a living
