    🌟PRO TIP:
    1. If you’re confused by the interview question “What is Your Greatest Weakness”, try rephrasing it to “What is your biggest area for growth?”
    2. Be honest - give something real and choose a real weakness
    3. Choose something that isn’t necessary for the job: Don't mention a weakness that is central to success in the role for which you are being interviewed.
    4. Say how you’re working on fixing the weakness.

Companies should stop asking general questions like this. Why? It's so common and you can easily lie and follow a script.

My genuine weakness is I don’t want to work outside of home, what to be a housewife and be comfortable… I can’t be genuinely answering that question

how is it a weakness if you've course corrected doesn't that then make it not a weakness anymore?

That's a great point! I think it's important to remember that a weakness is not necessarily a permanent flaw, but rather an area where you may have room for improvement. Course correcting and making changes to address a weakness is a positive step towards growth and development. It's important to acknowledge the weakness and take action to address it, rather than simply ignoring it or pretending it doesn't exist. By doing so, you demonstrate self-awareness and a willingness to learn and improve. Thanks for your comment!

You have already solved your weakness so bringing this up is actually inaccurate..

Thanks for taking the time to comment. I understand what you mean by already solving a weakness. The intention behind mentioning a previous weakness isn't to imply it's still a current issue, but rather to showcase your growth and ability to address challenges. Discussing a past weakness allows you to demonstrate your self-awareness, problem-solving skills, and commitment to personal development. It's all about showing the interviewer that you have a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Hope this clarifies the rational! 😊

@@Techwithniv Thanks for responding to my comment. It doesn't actually clarify it. They asked you for a current weakness. They did not ask you about a weakness you had and how you solved it.
