5 Questions Job Seekers Should Ask in their Job Interviews
So these are the 5 Questions I Wish job seekers Had The GUTS To Ask During their Interviews!
A job interview is like dating...It's meant to be a two-way conversation.
You wouldn't have a date with someone who just asks you questions and you don't say anything! So to help you, here are 5 questions I wish job seekers had the courage to ask in their job interviews:
1️⃣ What are the biggest challenges I would face in the first 90 days and how will success be measured?
2️⃣ Is there anything about my background that makes you hesitant to move me forward in the interview process?
3️⃣ What has the company done to help you further your own professional development?
4️⃣ Where do you think the company needs to improve the most?
5️⃣ I’m sure you have some thoughts on how the company has developed in terms of diversity, inclusiveness and equity issues. I would love to hear about them.
🌟 Takeaway: Have a conversation.
Use these 5 questions in your next interview and have a conversation, not an interrogation!

Lo...
You give a nice presentation, but it's not really "Telling about yourself". Without giving too much personal detail, it still seems like the answer should be more "self" focused. I really don't get interviews at all, though. It usually feels so outdated.
Thanks for nothing.
If you are trying to help with this question…. Theoretically it sounded great , in real life you need a week to memorize what you just said ( according to everyone’s experience)…..even you are reading from a script 😑

120% of 25k isn't 40k its 30k
Only had this question asked once in a interview. I believe I answered a black leopard, silent, strong, watchful and deadly hunter.
Jeez, is that where we are , biggest accomplishment on getting e Mail addresses. That's worth a $ 42, 000 student loan!
Its easy to answer questions while looking at a piece of paper😂
haha..you are reading. Your eyes tell
These are some awesome gems Niv 🙌🏼 Reaching out to like minded persons randomly online has been a huge deal in building my business. Disclaimer: Most ignore me and left me on read, but the few who responded 👌🏼
This is the best answer ive seen by far
Thanks so much and glad it helped!
So you’re relating yourself to work?
Tell me about yourself is to broad what if you talk about how you are a good leader or a fun person ... if im asked that question i will answer it like it was asked unless they say tell me your work experience
Bro what if I'm a uni student who jsut needs a job to be able to buy a car. My only past jobs were babysitting and a temporary part time receptionist at my church.
When your previous jobs have nothing to do with the current one and you have no project to highlight 😓
this is not good. When they ask you to tell them about yourself, it’s about YOU. not your job history. they will go over job history and that’s when you say this stuff.
As an HR consultant who interviews job applicants I can 100% confirm this is fantastic advice which will really work. Great video!
Thank you so much!
This is perfect, it does a few things. Quickly Sums up your experience while focusing on how its relevant to the role. So many times I have fumbled and rambled on after being asked this question and really made the rest of my interview awkward 😢. Now I know what to concentrate on for my interview this Wednesday and showcase my strengths, value I can bring to the role and most importantly feel and project confidence! Thanks so much, Wish me luck yall! 🙏
Boring
you mean they don't want to know about my hobbies? :(
Just make it simple as possible that is all, no one will remember so much to say.
I’ve been working since the 80s. Food service, customer service, marketing, retail, various education positions. Never, ever have I been asked this question. And if I were, I would immediately and politely inform the interviewer why that question is disrespectful and rude, and then leave. You do not want to work for a place that asks this question because all they want is a fanboy employee or one they can work to the bone for almost no pay. Respect yourself and walk away. Yes, I have a degree in HR-we are taught NOT to ask this question.
I think it's a great advice but I can't talk this fast.
stumble over or trip up, not stumble upon.
The next question they will ask is why were you fired or why did the company go out of business if you were so productive.
STAR method
Love this
Your speed is like a racing car, do you mind non english language people??😢
Hi do you have advice for young people who has NO experience?
This is more suitable to describe your experience within walk me through your resume part of the interview.
Can you please talk a bit faster...
Lol weekness 😂
Im interviewing at Taco Bell as my first job 🧍
THX
Why can no one set an example as a cashier/ customer service
I got a interview tomorrow morning wish me luck everyone
How did it go
Update
hey, did you get it?
Great advice - love the structure! But also, an increase to 40k from 25k is not 20%, it's 60%.
i wouldn’t hire anyone who spoke like that.. this cookie cuttter zero charisma delivery will only result in the interviewer switching off - whilst the content is good, interviewers want to see some essence of whom they are talking to
That didn’t tell them anything about yourself
Confident ...concise.....and energetic.....
Thank you!
Me: what would you like to know? 😌
Machine gun approach? Nahhhh
What a stupid question i hate job interviews i swear
I wouldn’t hire you ma’am. You sound like every other robot during an interview.
What if it’s your first job and never had experience
My genuine weakness is I don’t want to work outside of home, what to be a housewife and be comfortable… I can’t be genuinely answering that question
Love the professional development question! ❤
That filter is working overtime 😬
This isn’t really helpful if you don’t have experience in the field that you’re going into
Thank you you simplified it so well
