Yay, been using this saw for the last 2 years in my daily job (climbing arborist), thing works so well i cut in one of my finger (still there). Tho, my best advice would be to only use the saw when pulling toward you, not pushing outward. Because the saw's teeth are sharpenned to only work in one way. As contrary to most saws
Thanks for sharing! Yeah they are great saws. Only cut on the pull, check. Cutting on the pull actually greatly reduces the chances of warping the saw because while pulling you will not flex the blade as with pushing if it should stick the way I understand things. Terry
Not sure. We generally use a chain saw for any substantial size trees. The Zubat is handy for just a couple trees needing clearing rather than to get the chainsaw out. Terry
The Corona similar to the Zubat is now $30, while the Zubat is $90. So about three times more expensive now. My Coronas hold pulp in the teeth, and are hard to clean. I also notice the Coronas easily rust, while the Silkys do not.
Oh yeah! Love the silky stuff.
We have four I think of various sizes and all have be excellent.

I have a Silky Gomboy Pro and it has never failed me.
I believe it.

Just used mine for the first time last week. Very sharp, very efficient.
Thanks for doing this video.
No problem. Glad to have you along.

Good review. I bought a used Zubat about a year ago and it has proven to be an excellent saw.
Great saws for sure!
Terry
I asked for one for Christmas for my 60th birthday and I can use it easily.
Great gift for sure. I always welcome tools for my Christmas.
Terry
That would be a great addition to any ATV!

Terry

What's biggest diameter tree you taken with it?

I guess I'm curious why you cut them so high and not closer to the base of the tree? Do you do that to make it easier to pull out?
Also, great review. I'm excited to get one. =)
We were just cutting them high for ease of filming purposes but yes it makes things easier as well.
Terry
did not forest to farm already tested the zubat earlier

Is it the 270mm? Or the 330?
330.
Terry
I’m allmost regret that i have bought GomBoy. This saw with that sheet looks even better option to carry in trips than a foldable one
It is a great saw.
Terry
at 10:25 you should say Timber! to notify everyone of a falling big tree
Don't forget to give your silky it's mandatory blood sacrifice in order for it to cut right
I have, lol.
Terry
@@ForestToFarm every time I get a new blade, first cut without fail gets it, involuntarily of course 😂
@@chriseverest8322 Ha ha.
