I just finished reading Perfect Shadow and wanted to say that it didn't take long to get used to the different writing style and thought it worked great to condense the story. This was a real treat to get more storyline in Midcyru. And, I'll never forget the day I picked up The way of Shadows from the laundry room book exchange back in my apartment living days :)
Lovely video. Absolutely adore the Lightbringer series. I own the Night Angel Trilogy 2 and 3, so I'll soon be sinking my teeth into that when I find the first one

Will Kylar ever delve into magic a bit more? His use of magic, other than standard wetboy stuff is amazing but it feels like he's so limited compared to the challenges he faces.
Truly one of the most depressing (and distressing) authors I’ve ever had the misfortune to read. Well crafted stories that leave the reader feeling horrible. Wtf? Is this some obscure neuro divergent quirk? If I needed more death, cruelty and pain- I’d reread Dostoevsky, at least I’d know what I was getting into.

It was quite interesting getting used to starting to like a kid named chicken for me.
