Hi Raj, Yes in interior work cement, sand and steel, all these materials are being used. Like in Tile Work cement and sand is used. In fabrication work (e.g. Stair Railing), steel is used. Hi Ritesh, While re-painting a metal surface, below important points needs to keep in mind: 1. First you should check the metal surface properly. Like whether there is presence of rust or not. 2. If there is rust then remove the rust properly. Please use stiff wire brush to get rid of any old, flaky paint and rust. 3. Now, use sandpaper to further smooth out any rough spots. 4. Then wipe the metal frame down with an old cloth to remove any loosened dust. 5. Now, apply an outdoor metallic primer to the previously rusty areas. This helps fill in gaps left by rust and helps seal the area to prevent further corrosion. The primer can be applied using a spray gun or a paintbrush. Allow the gate to dry according to the primer manufacturer’s guidelines, before moving on to paint the gate. 6. Choose a suitable exterior metal paint that will work effectively with the primer and your chosen method of application. Similarly to the primer, the paint can be applied with either a spray gun or a brush. 7. After painting, allow the metal frame to dry for several days, depending on weather conditions.
