Day 1: I honestly didn't feel an actual burn but I did feel one during the following exercises: 5:11 - 9:17. I will say that I hate the first two exercises because they are just so uncomfortable to do but I definitely can't wait to see the results in 14 days. Day 2: Today I felt so much pain in my waist; don't know if it was from the workout. I also felt a slight pain in my inner thighs from the leg lifting exercise. Overall, it was a good workout today. Day 3: Forgot to write it before so I am writing it now. I don't remember much but I do remember having hip pain but it didn't affect my workout. I definitely felt pain from the leg exercises. Day 4: Forgot to write it before so I am writing it now. I still had a bit of pain in my hip but it was very close to fading away. Once again, I don't remember much but I do remember feeling so motivated and getting an actual burn. Day 5: Today, the hip pain was fully away. There wasn't anything special about today's workout. I guess cause today is Friday and I can't wait to get into the weekend. :) Day 6: Today the workout wasn't anything special. Just the same old. But I will say that I had this terrible pain in the back of my knee and it wasn't just during the workout, it was throughout the whole day. Also, when I was doing the squats, my knees were hurting. And I couldn't say that it was from burnout since I took the weekend off so... But I definitely still enjoyed the burn. Day 7: Today I was going as hard as I could. Even though I didn't feel the best I definitely still wanted to push myself. The music I was listening to definitely helped. As I type this, I am jamming out to some music. Now, I am just ready to go shower and do some self-care. Day 8: Ahhhh! Day 8! Only 6 days left to get the final results. I will say I am happy with how big my butt is from the past 8 days of doing these workouts but still crossing my fingers to get it slightly bigger. Something I will say about this workout is that by Day 8, I have learned to neatly do the last few exercises like the ones where we are on our knees, lifting our legs. And I am proud of that! Day 9: Once again, today I didn't feel my best. But thanks to my family, I got the energy and motivation to do this workout today. We literally had a music talent show competition, we baked, etc. But back to the workout. Today the workout went extra fast today I do not know why. But I feel so happy from the workout and just can't wait to go shower and get a good night's sleep. Day 10: Wow! I honestly can't believe it's already day 10 from doing this workout. I am so close to getting the final result. Honestly, this 14-day workout is going by faster than I imagined it to go. When I first started, 2 weeks seemed so far away, but I am so close to the final result. Today I couldn't wait to get working out. Today I was in such a good mood. Today was my mom's birthday, we had so much fun and I ate so much so I was just reading to burn some calories. Can't wait for tomorrow's workout. Day 11: Okay! Day 11! So today, I only did a little more than half of the workout because I started my period earlier today and I can't really do intense workouts or else I will lose a lot of blood and I will have terrible cramps. But I still felt the burn. Overall, it was a pretty good workout. Okay, so today is my first day back after a 5-day rest of not doing this workout because I had my period. But I can't wait to start and let you guys know how it went. Day 12: Okay! So I just finished the workout. Honestly, I thought it would hurt so much more because I haven't done it in a long time but it didn't hurt but I expect it to hurt tomorrow! Day 13:Yesterday I took the day off because I wanted to get into the new year's vibe 😂But today, my house was extremely hot so I got a big sweat out of this workout. A great way to start off the year. Happy New Year and Holidays! Day 14: OMG! I can't believe today is Day 14! After all this hard work, I finally made it. Thanks to all of you who commented, trying to help me out. I really appreciate it. I might post a before and after picture below. MAYBE! But I am still trying to find it to compare it to now. But I definitely know that butt of mine is bigger. So to all girls that are using this workout, I wanted to give you this motivation speech. You can do anything you set your mind to. If you don't want to grow your butt, don't. Don't do it to satisfy the "perfect body" society has created. You are perfect just the way you are. Now, from experience, I know no matter how many times people tell you this, it doesn't really change anything but please, try to make this your mentality. As I said before, don't do this workout to satisfy others, do it for yourself. Also, if you are doing this workout, one of the main things I learned in order to get these results, CONSISTENCY. You have to consistent in order to achieve the results you want. But don't hurt yourself by doing it TOO MUCH. Take breaks cause you deserve them. I love you guys even though I don't know you! 😂As someone said before, a stranger is just a friend you haven't met yet. Good luck with your result! Let me know how they went for you! P.S. I will continue to do this workout along with new workouts. I'll make sure to keep you updated!
Honestly, even though it says “Instense Round butt in FOURTEEN DAYS”, you still don’t need to do this 14 days in a row unless you want to hurt yourself. You can do her 40 minutes lower body sessions twice a week (for example, monday and thursday) and workout abs and upper body sessions other days for best results and your muscles will be recovered and stronger as well. And don’t forget to take one or two rest days per week. Also, you can do Pamela Reif’s weekly workout plans or Lilly’s weekly workout plans.
hey girl, word of advice: never train the glutes (or any muscle group) every single day! it does more harm than good bc ur tearing ur muscles too much which makes u more prone to injury + our muscles grow not whilst we work out but AFTER working out - while we recover! so if you work out everyday ur butt won’t be able to grow! so, if you want a bigger butt - progressively adding weight/resistance and training 2-3x a week will do the trick :) good luck! xx
@@mulalula I disagree with this because I am only 6 days in and my butt is already growing. I have proof of this because I took a before photo and from what I see today, it is definitely bigger. Plus, I do take a break on the weekends so I am not doing it 7 days straight. Also, as I said, responding to the other comment, I like to do it consistently. But thanks for letting me know.
@@mulalula Also, I am pretty sure I am good doing this 5 days in a row since I do give my body enough nutrients in order to handle working out 5 days straight. I also did some research and found this: People can work out five days a week and burn hundreds of calories, but if they are not fueling themselves properly, all that hard work is squandered. The body needs good nutrition to make sure that it is able to support the work being done. So I am pretty sure I am good.

I've been doing these workouts for about a month and a half, and they get a lot easier *and* to my surprise I saw results. I'm 38 and noticed my naturally fine behind was starting to sag. These firmed it up... but not in 2 weeks. Stick with it!

I just tried this workout for the first time.. after those clams and lifts (which I normally do from Lilly's workouts anyways) I literally cramped and couldn't move. I was laying on my mat laughing at myself for a good 30 seconds before I had to pump myself up to roll over. 😂 That superset makes all the difference. Lilly thank you for all your hard work, this is a KILLER.

started july 9th 2021 DAY 1: i did it all the way to the end. my butt is burning and I'm so sweaty right now. i did use the band but not the weight cause I don't have one at the moment but I think its ok anyways. i gotta be honest with you, the 20 minutes really flew. I'm so happy and proud of myself for doing this. DAY 2: I'm doing this every other day. to be honest today was not as tough as the first day, even though I did every single exercise. DAY 3: as usual I did it all the way to the end. I'm really happy about this workout cause it makes me genuinely want to exercise which I find great. I'll try to keep y'all updated.
Day 1- I completed, took a couple of breaks Day 2- can already feel my booty being perkier as those muscles haven't been used for years haha, I felt my form was more on point today This day i instead did a 30 minute Olympian streching video to loosen out- omg was so good haha Day 3- I keep improving my form the whole time, this time the excercises seemed harder but I sweated less XD like I felt the BURN this time 💪💪 absolutely loving how versatile this video is, as soon as I am beginning to die from a workout shes changes it to focus on a different muscle, love! Obsessed. Can really begin to see a difference on booty gains which ino I shouldnt be but.. I do :o I took 2 days off Day 4- loved it, really feel the burn Took a day off Day 5- was surprised that I could keep up with lilly this time, usually I find myself scrambling to keep up and failing. Updating to hold myself accountable!! I started this last week but wasn't consistent so I'm starting over! I'm doing this every other day to give muscles 24 hours to recover. Day 1 (thanksgiving): Hips: 86.5cm; First time I got through the entire thing. Booty on FIRE and I am breathing so hard! Day 2 (11/29): skipped a day, but still super hard Day 3 (12/1): The first part was way easier than it had been! Day 1 (again 12/8): I had to stop this for a bit, so I'm gonna basically start over. Harder than it was last time but easier than the first Day 2 (12/11): SOooo sweaty Day 3 (12/15): okay definitely skipped some days. This was kinda hard and I was out of breath, but my resistance bands seemed a lot easier so I think i'm going to use stronger ones next time

going to do this for 14days!! like to remind me to update. day 1: ✅it definitely burned a lot and my legs were literally shaking around 10min so thats always a good sign. I love feeling the burn so much lol cause ik that i am working really hard. I did have to stop a few time in certain moves but i hope after doing this for a while i can push through the whole time.

Day 1- I dont work out at all I'm normally sitting down playing video games or watching TV I definitely had to push myself, I felt like puking at the end and my body was kinda sore Day 2- it gets better! Didnt feel like puking this time!! My body is pretty sore afterwards but I'm hoping it wont be to bad tomorrow so I can complete day 3 Day3 - body was a little sore but didnt stop me from doing day 3, the work outs are getting a little easier each day
*Started Tuesday 01-05-21 it's now Saturday 01-09-21* Day 1: the workout was one of the hardest workouts I've done felt like the workout lasted an hour I felt it hardcore in the back of my legs Day 2:rest day make sure to workout one day then take one day off that's a major thing that helps your muscles grow don't over do it! Day 3:still felt it in the back of my legs Day 4: rest day Day 5: I've been using weights for the squat a 10 pound and then for the hydrants 5.5 and I replaced the end squats with some wall bridges bridges is one of the most effective butt workouts to see a change if you want a major difference do them! Felt the burn in the back of my legs only for like an hour workout went by so quick take deep breaths during it and don't think about it when you're doing it

love love LOVE THIS WORKOUT. I'm a somewhat intermediate exerciser and a lot of times it's very hard to find a butt workout that works for me and hits all parts of my booty (I mainly aim for side booty) but with this killer workout I can't even sit on the toilet Lmao. I've done this workout along with a ab workout everyday and I haven't seen much result but that's mainly on me bc i haven't been dieting :/ the best but I still have 10 days to get it right, wish me luck. I've been doing these workouts for about a month and a half, and they get a lot easier *and* to my surprise I saw results. I'm 38 and noticed my naturally fine behind was starting to sag. These firmed it up... but not in 2 weeks. Stick with it!
I’ve been doing a lot of booty exercises and this had me almost crying. Finally feeling a great burn! Can’t wait to do this every other day for forever!

I just tried this workout for the first time.. after those clams and lifts (which I normally do from Lilly's workouts anyways) I literally cramped and couldn't move. I was laying on my mat laughing at myself for a good 30 seconds before I had to pump myself up to roll over. 😂 That superset makes all the difference. Lilly thank you for all your hard work, this is a KILLER.

Thanks Lilly :). I injured my back about 10 days ago but still very motivated to exercise so this was the perfect workout to ease back into glutes without overdoing it.

started july 9th 2021
DAY 1: i did it all the way to the end. my butt is burning and I'm so sweaty right now. i did use the band but not the weight cause I don't have one at the moment but I think its ok anyways. i gotta be honest with you, the 20 minutes really flew. I'm so happy and proud of myself for doing this.
DAY 2: I'm doing this every other day. to be honest today was not as tough as the first day, even though I did every single exercise.
DAY 3: as usual I did it all the way to the end. I'm really happy about this workout cause it makes me genuinely want to exercise which I find great.
I'll try to keep y'all updated.

Day 1- I completed, took a couple of breaks
Day 2- can already feel my booty being perkier as those muscles haven't been used for years haha, I felt my form was more on point today
This day i instead did a 30 minute Olympian streching video to loosen out- omg was so good haha
Day 3- I keep improving my form the whole time, this time the excercises seemed harder but I sweated less XD like I felt the BURN this time 💪💪 absolutely loving how versatile this video is, as soon as I am beginning to die from a workout shes changes it to focus on a different muscle, love! Obsessed. Can really begin to see a difference on booty gains which ino I shouldnt be but.. I do :o

Day 5- was surprised that I could keep up with lilly this time, usually I find myself scrambling to keep up and failing. So yay :D stronger 💪 deffo gunna keep this excercise up after the 14 days and keep it for leg day

I started this last week but wasn't consistent so I'm starting over! I'm doing this every other day to give muscles 24 hours to recover.
Day 1 (thanksgiving): Hips: 86.5cm; First time I got through the entire thing. Booty on FIRE and I am breathing so hard!
Day 2 (11/29): skipped a day, but still super hard
Day 3 (12/1): The first part was way easier than it had been!
Day 1 (again 12/8): I had to stop this for a bit, so I'm gonna basically start over. Harder than it was last time but easier than the first
Day 2 (12/11): SOooo sweaty
Day 3 (12/15): okay definitely skipped some days. This was kinda hard and I was out of breath, but my resistance bands seemed a lot easier so I think i'm going to use stronger ones next time

Day 1 I was shaking like crazy, it was really hard to finish. My whole body is covered in sweat.
Day 2 It was easier but still hard, I am still covered in sweat.
Day 3 It was less harder than the last time. There is a lot of sweat, I think I am starting to see ósme results
Day 4 It is definetly working, my ass is getting rounder. Doing this workout is definetly easier day after day
Day 5 I forgot to write something, its definetly working but its still hard to do

day 1: ✅it definitely burned a lot and my legs were literally shaking around 10min so thats always a good sign. I love feeling the burn so much lol cause ik that i am working really hard. I did have to stop a few time in certain moves but i hope after doing this for a while i can push through the whole time.

Day 1- I dont work out at all I'm normally sitting down playing video games or watching TV I definitely had to push myself, I felt like puking at the end and my body was kinda sore
Day 2- it gets better! Didnt feel like puking this time!! My body is pretty sore afterwards but I'm hoping it wont be to bad tomorrow so I can complete day 3
Day3 - body was a little sore but didnt stop me from doing day 3, the work outs are getting a little easier each day

*Started Tuesday 01-05-21 it's now Saturday 01-09-21*
Day 1: the workout was one of the hardest workouts I've done felt like the workout lasted an hour I felt it hardcore in the back of my legs
Day 2:rest day make sure to workout one day then take one day off that's a major thing that helps your muscles grow don't over do it!
Day 3:still felt it in the back of my legs
Day 4: rest day
Day 5: I've been using weights for the squat a 10 pound and then for the hydrants 5.5 and I replaced the end squats with some wall bridges bridges is one of the most effective butt workouts to see a change if you want a major difference do them! Felt the burn in the back of my legs only for like an hour workout went by so quick take deep breaths during it and don't think about it when you're doing it
trying this everyday for 2 months for results (except rest day) i’ll let you know if it works

day 1: PHEWWW, i am sweating so much. okay, so, i took a few pauses within the video, because i could not handle the pain. its okay to take a few pauses guys, girls, theys, and thems. just listen to your body and if you really need a pause, THATS OKAY! your body needs a moment of rest. please don't go all crazy working out, that will only make you give in and burn out. you need to take your time, and if you need to stop at some point of the video, please do it.

love love LOVE THIS WORKOUT. I'm a somewhat intermediate exerciser and a lot of times it's very hard to find a butt workout that works for me and hits all parts of my booty (I mainly aim for side booty) but with this killer workout I can't even sit on the toilet Lmao. I've done this workout along with a ab workout everyday and I haven't seen much result but that's mainly on me bc i haven't been dieting :/ the best but I still have 10 days to get it right, wish me luck. (if you made it through this rant/review, you a real one)
