I am on that roller coaster myself and now that I have graduated nursing school and not in the car for 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, I am trying to get back in shape. It is hard!!!

Lacie, girl it’s been a hot minute since I’ve last watched and I’m so sorry to hear about your step daddy’s passing 🕊️ Whelp my momma passed away unexpectedly and let me tell ya I couldn’t go an help my sister and two brothers clean out momma place an I did try to go and a few times I turned around and went back home an another I went grocery shopping an told them I couldn’t make it an I did avoid their phone calls as they would say if there’s anything ya want we need to know before we take it to the goodwill an I never went to momma’s house after her passing or went to get anything and I was totally okay with that because I got her memories ya know, whelp that’s been a little over a year now and I did go through depression and gained weight an it took me six months to totally lose it but I wished I could of been there for my siblings and to have gotten some of momma’s personal belongings something I could of passed down or to just hold on to somedays. When ya was at your momma’s house and ya heard something just after talking about the couches, that was your step daddy girl! Letting ya know he is still there with y’all and he loved those couches and the time he has spent with y’all on them and i don’t think he wants them to go anywhere. I believe in spirits, I’ve seen a spirit that had came to me and found out whom she was as she let her presence be known so trust in me when I say your step daddy is around y’all especially when ya talk about him as he loves to hear y’all talk about him, he doesn’t want y’all to forget him. Lacie I wasn’t gonna say anything because of sounding like a crazy girl but I kept hearing tell her so here I am texting ya girl away. I know this sounds crazy coming from me but he knows ya rly loved the couches girl! Lol I loved the truck story as I was laughing with ya! 😂Ha ha Take care girl until next time, love ya ♥️
I have had a very rough year so I get it. I lost my brother, mom got in a wreck and got a traumatic brain injury, lost !my apartment and lost custody of my son over the phone with no lawyers. It'll be ok eventually. Not anytime soon but grief doesn't have a time limit. Its been 11 years since my brother and 6 since my dad.
Great video. I know the feeling of gain weight during the time of being a caretaker. The struggle is real but I wouldn’t have it any other way for me to be the caretaker.
