- An unpermitted commercial dump in Hillsborough County has grown into a three-story mound, despite multiple warnings from state and local agencies. The ABC Action News I-Team has learned that the owner of the company operating the facility has a history of environmental violations. Acting on a tip in January, we staked out the site and captured a steady stream of trucks entering what was once a vacant lot. A mountain of waste composed mostly of construction and demolition, called “C & D” materials, towered above the trees.
"You don't have permission to record me!!" Says guy destroying environment and running illegal business.

There is no law in the entire nation that says you cannot record anyone or whatever you want, INCLUDING LICENCE PLATES, in public.
I'm glad they're on this. Long ago there was a borrow pit in Hillsborough that was allowing people to dump poisonous materials there. Our aquifer is only 6' below the surface. These hateful people don't care if people get sick, poisoned or cancer from this. I hope they throw the maximum penalty at this jerk..
In public spaces and on public ground....recording is totally legal. no privacy in public
