Could you share your thoughts on the ippon at the time mark 1:21 regarding the COVID Provisional rules ? Base on the interaction maybe some judges would give hansoku at this point.

We assume that referees make different decisions and that it is difficult to comment after the match.
・The Corona rules do not prohibit an attack at the moment of becoming Tubazeriai.
