After just two months since our last visit to the Philippines, our appreciation for this beautiful country has brought us back-and we’re starting our adventures off here in Bonifacio Global City (Taguig City).
BGC is the modern counterpoint to the centuries-old chinatown culture that we experienced in metro Manila the last time we were here.
There are dozens of must-see, must-do activities in this family-friendly city but since we’re only here for two short days before beginning a week of Philippines island-hopping, we’re going to spend some time with a few new friends.

Why the husband looks like Greek God?
Moved to Massachusetts with our kids, lived in many countries but originally from ph. We taught our kids to be world citizens, showed them the other side of the world. Many people here in America don't have perspective and appreciation since they haven't been outside. I'm pretty sure your kids will the values they will learn from travelling. Awesome work.
Thank you. We hope they do grow up world citizens. One of the big reasons we decided to travel so much is because we wanted us and our kids to escape the bubble. The world is so big, I’d rather raise my kids in it than a neighborhood.
I moved from Seekonk, Massachusetts to Subic, Philippines… I can’t wait for my kids to get older so we can start traveling around the world and experience different cultures.

This was an awesome start to your PH Adventures. Part 2. I have only been to Tagaytay once, many decades ago, and I'm really looking forward to visiting again. By the way, Balay Dako, as you mentioned, is Big House, in my native Visayan dialect. It's also great that you have made new friends, especially for Cole and Brooklyn...this will definitely be an experience they will cherish for the rest of their lives. Take care guys, stay safe!
