Look KEO Blade Carbon 12 Carbon Road Bike Clipless Pedals Black 3-Bolt Triathlon. How do you adjust the tension? I don't see a hex bolt.

LOL? The blade IS the tensioner. If you want less tension, replace the blade.

you can't regrease the baring on look pedal, they had seal baring inside the pedal for no reason.

Yes. However for some reason they are not as popular as Shimano or Look.

I don’t know why people bother with Look keo pedals. Shimano SPD SL is better in almost all aspects. Shimano refined its design.

Well, "better" is very subjective parameter. I have been using Shimano and Look road/mtb pedals. Both manufacturers are doing solid products. There are various contact patch sizes across models so you can find what you like in both. However if you want shave some grams from your gear I would go with look keo blade carbon Ti or in case of mtb look X-Track Carbon Ti. They are lighter and both use ceramic bearings.

@@RoadBikersPoznan no I think what I have said is pretty objective. Shimano have much more durable bearings as well as cleats. The cleat or pedal interface is solid. No side to side rocking. The cleat to pedal interface on a keo pedal is sloppy. The bearings are fully serviceable. On SPD SL. SPD SL cleats are easier to walk in. The cleat to pedal spindle distance is shorter on SPD-SL. Look Keo blades of old the bodies used to crack for no reason. SPD-SL cleats don’t squeak. Keo max pedals the bearing collar works itself lose even with thread lock. Yes I have used both. The pros hate using them. 2nd gen Blades they would attach gaffer tape to friction plate to try and eliminate the rocking. Ultegra and Dura ace offer extended spindles for stance. The only good thing Keos blades have is a slight weight advantage over Shimano Dura Ace offering. But even comparable pedals Look Keo Max vs R7000 are pretty comparable.
