- Welcome back to my channel! I’ve been settled in my home for almost a year now however I wanted to share my entire experience and boy was it a journey. I am so grateful for being in the position to purchase my first home at the age of 25! It’s only up from here! 🎉🍾🥂💕

Good for you! Young and smart. I built and purchased 5 homes. No at 72, getting ready to close on my last home. My husband died and now my last home we shared together. I will visit from time to time. Gave it to my youngest son. Buying a home is worth its investment. Be smart. Congratulations!

Suggestions:
1- Ground Clear (weeds)
Spray carefully the weeds and not the plants/flowers.
2- Orthro Home Defense (pests)
Spray all over inside your home closets, windows, etc… Also can be used outdoors as well all around windows, doors, etc.. this stuff works miracles with keeping your home free of pests. They will show themselves but will die immediately because of the barrier that’s there. I’ll suggest spray once every two weeks for a month until established then once a month continuously. I’ve been in my home for 13yrs and I keep a bottle on deck.
3- Snake B gon/ Snake Away
sprinkle around your garage area storage area etc.. just to keep out those intruders because the pest control is not for them unfortunately.
Lowe’s and Home Depot will become your second shopping outlet.

My husband and puchased over 13 acres of land (country living,lol) and built our home a year ago and being able to find and purchasr our floor plan, find a builder, and see it go up and take shape and just seeing all details was just amazing and still today we look and be like we are truly blessed. Continuing to receive your blessings and stay humble and watch how the Almighty works ❤❤

Hello I definitely feel where you are coming from about the stress card or buying a home. I first bought a home in September, but it's supposed to have been in July, but of course, they needed more paperwork. I finally received my closing date in September.. Thank you, God...
