Upon looking into it a little a lot of people seem to think it should be Rahz, because of the Arabic origins, however the creator and DC Comics say it's Raysh It's essentially the same thing that happened with Avatar but the difference is Batman Begins was an awesome movie and Ra's isn't the main character.

Spoilers are only functional on Formula 1 cars. They are lightweight enough and going 200 mph. Otherwise, the car would literally be airborne. Street cars are simply too heavy.
