I made herb-crusted lamb for my wife

  • Herb-crusted rack of lamb is my wife's favorite food. Seriously, I think she could eat it 365 days a year. It takes a while to cook though, so I can't make it every day. But today is her lucky day! This is made with garlic-confit mashed potatoes and a delicious jus as well.
