the size of the form is 24x26 cm

egg yolks 5 pcs
flour 400 g
powdered sugar 3 tbsp.
baking powder 2 tsp.
pinch of salt
butter 250 g (chilled)
knead the dough
split into two parts
put in the freezer for 1 hour

Protein mass
egg whites 5 pcs.
sugar 225 g
vegetable oil 120 g
pudding 2 packs (80 g)

canned cherries without juice 250 g
potato starch 2 tbsp.

bake for 40 minutes at t-180°C
allow to cool
