When you said, "Can we just take a second to appreciate this rock?" Idk why but all i could think of was that spongebob episode where he says, "Its not just a boulder, its a rock." lol
Been eating shin ramen since I was a kid, by far my favorite instant ramen. Leagues above the american top ramen in my honest opinion. I will say though it was unsettling when you broke noodles, drained water and added the base&vegetables too late lol. But I am glad to hear you liked it. Great content too!
I'd love to see you come to the head waters of the Mississippi, itasca state park.... lake itasca, the many other smaller kayak access only.... hit it man, fall fishing in Northern Minnesota is prime.
Stumbled on your channel. Pretty cool. I like how you eat your fish, I also like how knowledgeable you are with the different species. For us who don't have a lot of knowledge with cleaning fish, perhaps you can make a video showing the process of cleaning your food. 👍👍 Your doing a great job and having fun in the process.
I usually cook that pack of noodles boiling the seasoning while the noodles cook. Then I drain to desired water level Bc that pack is WAYY 2 SPICY 🌶 🥵 . Loved the vid 👌🏾
What's up my friend I always enjoy seeing your fishing videos 🎣👍🏼 I have been wondering what happened to the orange takel box with the fishing lures that you send to other fishing UA-camrs I haven't seen any new fishing video of the orange 🧡 takel box what happened to it where did it ended up at you should do a nother traving fishing takel box 👍🏼
Shin Ramyun is one of the best. Next time, try boiling both soup packets in the water before adding the noodles. Either boil the fish in there with the soup first to get more flavor or fillet and add in with the noodles, so you can taste the fish more. I always enjoy your videos, man! Keep up the good work!
My set up is slightly different. I use 30 lb leader with a size 6 or size 1 baitholder. After I tie 6 inch leader with baitholder hook to main line I put a split shot 1/4 inch above where I tie I use either a small soft plastic fluke, a small plastic grub worm. Also, I use live nightcrawlers either 1 of these baits works on this rig. A 5 inch mullet style shad works for bigger fish. Finally if you use night crawlers, you catch small fish use them for chunk bait. Throw chunk bait on a dropshot then throw dropshot rig with chunk bait near current. If there's no current you use what the temperature is like look for cover and grass and throw near covor. Or darker shaded water a darker blue if it's hot. 😊
First off loved the video! But I need help I truly want to get into fishing I do but know nothing but that they catch fish and how to set it up but wanted to know would be a great beginner rod & reel setup for freshwater again loved the video!
I need to send you recipes for fish broth. I make great chicken and beef bone broth. I have recipes for fish bone broth and fish broth. I recently taught myself how to make homemade ramon.
Okay. I have a question I would love for you to answer. Your stuck on an island that has a river running down from a mountain, in the middle of no where. No hope of rescue for some unknown reason (outside of it being part of scenario) You find a crate that seems to have an unlimited supply of three things. What would you want those things to be? Personally for me it would be Ramen noodles. Fishing hooks and fishing line. I don't want to have to search for metal and an unlimited amount of hooks would allow me to forgo any need to find more metal. The line could be used for a number of different things such as stringing together a tent. Or with enough skill making a hammock with a leaf roof. To even traps for small animals. Or larger ones if you really want to try and get creative... Not the best idea though.
Want some good ramen? Crack a raw egg into the cooked noodles with a tbsp of mayonnaise, a little soy sauce, and some sriracha. Don’t use the seasoning packet. Man…. Delicious.
Ur def sleeping not eating shin ramen sorry to tell ya, but u can also break up the ramen noodles in the bag mix it in with the powder and eat it like chips. Prob not good for you but its def tasty!
Man you cooked that ramyun wrong. 1. You aren't supposed to crush the noodles like you did. 2. YOu didn't put enough water to boil. In the end, you're supposed to have a soup base. 3. You're supposed to put the freeze dried vegetables packet into the water as it boils. 4. Your ramyun must've been super salty considering that you didn't put enough water. Just fyi I'm Korean and I've cooked that same ramyun hundreds of times. Love the videos though.
What should chef FirstState whip up next 🤔🎣

Pretty good with My spice tolerance.
Him: dies from spice
Looked like a Creek Chub.
Make a video where you bring a weber to the creek.
My only beef with shin ramen is that it’s almost inedibly spicy. If they have like a non spicy version it would be the best ramen to ever exist😭
Come for fishing in Cyprus bro
More trouttttt. 😅😅
Don't break the noodles next time 😆
You are awesome

Want some good ramen? Crack a raw egg into the cooked noodles with a tbsp of mayonnaise, a little soy sauce, and some sriracha. Don’t use the seasoning packet. Man…. Delicious.
