You have NOT go to castle outskirts after prisoners quarters. Instead you have to proceed through the game and after you beat the Timekeeper while leaving the biome you'll see an entrance to an alternative Dracula's castle. Again just to emphasize, DO NOT go to castle outskirts, otherwise you'll be locked out of the second half of the DLC.
Does this have to be a new save file in order to access? Nothing about my starting hub is changing, no matter how much I die. Currently set to 5 boss cells, have paid for the DLC, and the game file is updated.
@Rule 230 Finally realized I needed to manually download the DLC from the PS Store on my PS4, then die once in-game before it would work. I’d purchased the DLC on my laptop, and wrongly assumed the updated game file recognized my purchase.

@@M1K0G3 a good phone can def handle the dlc lol, it's an extra 2 biomes + 2 bosses while the game has 22 biomes and 10 bosses (I think). But it will probably take another 2-6 months before the DLC arrives on mobile.

İ think this game has accessibility options or somethung like that in the stop menu. Basically, start the game, pause the game, there should be an option related to difficulty. From there, you should be able to take out the rogulite elements

The shield allows you to attack 3 times each time is a parry which last time I checked makes it probably the best weapon once powered up. 3. Surprised you didn't play as the other characters. If you're going to show off DLC do it right. Other than that good gameplay but you can do better

This is a spin off from the 2D platform game Dead Cells. If you want nice graphics you should look up original Castlevania series.
