Great video, would like to hear more about aquiriting land and planning permissions please
Hi Terry, fair play on all your success, don’t know how much of this information is any value to 99% of people that watch your videos as nobody I know that spends any time on UA-cam has the wealth to build ‘8 apartments outside longford’ think this video could have been an excellent resource for people like me if it was more focused on building a family home
Thanks. A video on tips for applying for planning for a once off house would be very useful
Excellent video thanks
Thank you for sharing all info!
😀😃
Great video, thanks a bunch!
This is a brilliant video, very informative, thanks for posting this Terry!
Great advice good video .i have a self build start of next year but no real information about temp power supplied by esb for obviously the guys working on site . In advance how soon do you need to let esb know you will

Thanks in advance.
You are asking me how to build within budget 🤔
Hi Terry, unusual question for you, would it be possible to get planing for and A frame house here in Ireland?
Yes, possible provided you persuade the planning authority.
@@terrygorry that could be easier said than done, any pointers?
@@fergus.. engage the services of an architect 👍
@@terrygorry that's the plan, thank you sir.
Hi
Absolutely love your advice.
Question regarding planning granted. Planning is granted in my name, I’m a stay at home mother so my partner of 20 years is getting the mortgage.
He couldn’t be named on planning as he’s from another county, otherwise we’d be denied due to local needs. My problem is banks won’t give us mortgage due to the planning permission in my name but the site is being transferred into his name for the mortgage. Based in Meath, can I add my partner onto the planning along with my name?
Call the office, arrange a consultation if you want legal advice. This is what I do for a living.
Hi Terry, could you do a video on capital gains tax in Ireland. You previously mentioned your investments in stocks and I'm just wondering how you dealt with Ireland's 33% Capital Gains Tax, thanks!
I did do one, it's on the channel. Use the search box on my channel page.
Hey can you advise people on handicap home extensions. I got full councl grant. I got ripped off. My extension is freezing. Full grant. Paid for extras. My contractor is being sùed by some other party. Bottom line..my extension is freezing and i dont know the cure.
Yes, I can advise. Arrange a consultation.
Great video Terry, we should have a chat maybe we could feature you on our professionals series! Great channel!
Thanks 👍
@@terrygorry can I concrete out my back garden .how many meters can I go back for council house do u you.
@@Western91 I don’t believe you need planning permission to change the surface of your backyard eg concrete or patio tiles. If it’s a council house the council might have rules/regulations but I doubt it very much.
