#3 but I already know that the hellcat will win just for the simple fact that you increased your horsepower in the ZL1 but what about the shift points for that new horsepower number? Once your TCM gets tweaked then the camaro should pull alot better.

Mine can break the wheels loose at any “ legal” speed. You just can’t punch the throttle, like normal cars, lol.

WOW. These are really impressive numbers. I never expected the E85 would add 10% additional power. Really impressive... I really wish he E85 is widely available where I live, otherwise it would be an upgrade I wouldn’t hesitate to do. We only have few gas stations that carries it, and would require me traveling long distances to fill up, but perhaps one day this will change.....As for the additional power on the track, it would not translate to huge gains unless you upgrade the handling, grip & traction. If you are serious about the track, invest in another set of track wheels with much stickier tires, such as the new Michelin Cup 2 R, which upgrades the grip significantly and still allows you to drive them on the street, or possibly going to full racing slicks. Adding huge power gains without balancing the rest of the car such as handling and grip would only give you limited real life gains on track, and could potentially be overwhelming and possibility change the balance of the car. Remember there is no real need or use for that much power on the street, and only place to exploit this much power is on the track, where I think you belong anyways, and would love to see more track videos from you next year. I didn't expect that either, I was happy with just 630whp lol. Some areas that don't offer E85 actually buy a 55 gallon drum to keep at their home. Shops around here do that as E54 won't make as much as E85. As for the Camaro at the track, it will be a challenge at first. I don't see much of an issue other than braking earlier as the corners will come quick. Corner exit speed will be checked and throttled at first. I will take my time learning that and getting used to it. I am planning to get lighter 18" wheels and slicks come Jan\Feb. I am planning to upgrade the aero as well. There are a few 700whp ZL1 1LE I see at the track with the same set up. They consistently pull the fastest times vs all other cars there. Thanks for watching and Merry Christmas.

It may very well win.. the Hellcat should be close to the whp of the Camaro. It weighs more but it's auto.. The Camaro is likely making more torque and weigh less. Thank you!

Dyno Comp does some great work and the owner is awesome! I worked for the Tesla service center across the street for a few years and they always let me see what they were working on to get my petrol head fix. If you ever get an Audi/Lamborghini or an import Goodspeed on Hayden and Raintree does incredible work!
Yes! Richard is awesome.. I've seen the Tesla building. I thought they were just corp office, not a service center. That's good to know. Do you ever hear any of the cars on the dyno from your building?
@@woman.driven We used to be in the same building complex as Goodspeed but desperately needed a larger space and moved into the new building across from Dyno Comp a few months ago, it's also a delivery center now too. When we were next to Goodspeed we heard the dyno all the time but we didn't mind. We would always stop by when we heard an especially rowdy build lol. I left Tesla in October for school and the last few months I was with Tesla I was at the Tempe location so I wasn't around enough in the new building to hear Dyno's dyno, although I'm sure they could've heard your camaro. Honestly surprised the mic kept up with it lol

Doris, I have always said that this is the best car in your garage, and it's proving itself more and more. When I heard of the 1LE before launch with 650hp/650 torque, I knew that was only a drop in the bucket of what that car would deliver. And now look at it... it's eating asphalt effortlessly.
You have just become the hottest, most desirable and realest female tuner I know. Truly outstanding! I get that the noise can be too much because it is no doubt the loudest I have heard and it is not even a 4-second dragster. I'd rather move out of my neighbourhood than detune that exhaust on THAT car. Plus it's black. It's warranted.
It's a great track car and I love the aggressiveness of it. It helps it's case even more with the power it now makes. 😊 Thanks! As for noise, it's loud and sounds great.. but the cold start was just a little too loud lol

Just get some slicks for going around the track, I believe the drag race and road race ones are different but with that much power you need some good grip. It doesn't surprise me you made that much, you have a supercharged modern V8. Old school small block Chevys were making that kind of power with a blower years ago although they weren't street able and usually didn't do it with pump gas. Those new LS based Chevy engines are amazing, the heads were designed off the 18 degree race heads from the old school small block Chevys. Combine that with boost and modern electronics and you have an animal.
Camaro is a beast. Best car on the channel hands down. That thing is unreal.

Sounds incredible on the dyno and I loved the cold start prior to tuning but I understand why you changed it. Incredible HP pick up. You’ve done an incredible job with the ZL1 1 LE. It’s my fav of the fleet.

If you can remember I told you awhile back a Chevrolet can make a lot more HP with just a few mods but dang that thang ripped 693hp I'm a proud Chevy man! But I hope all that dont hurt you coming out of a corner at the track but I love the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE my favorite car in your stable!

Hello Doris ! You really like musclecars , very nice cars and powerful and you are a skill mechanic woman. Here in Sweden we don´t have so many of them. We have Volvo but they don´t have so much Power if you not manipulate them. Normaly I like veterancars from 60:s and 70:s like Vw1600tl and others.

Purchased a 2021 zl1, did vinyl wrap in front and clear coated everything else. What's the best way to way and protect finish.
RPM is going to upgrade my car to about 960 whp. Which includes tire and suspension upgrades

With my Atak exhaust second cat removed, I still have the NPP so I can go stealth when starting or Track start for the beast to roar !
Borla is awesome.. I believe they;re the only ones that offer the valves. Plus they sound great!
As Doris said it would be a close race between the two assuming that the Camaro has a deeper axle will help keep it close but the red eye has more horsepower in an automatic transmission so I think the red I would edge out even under the best of circumstances
I think the wheel hp might be the same at this point.. so really the auto vs a manual\lighter car is the race ;) Let's see how it goes.
Tough call between the tuned bolt on ZL1 1LE manual and the Redeye. I believe with perfect traction from a dig the stock Redeye should take it being built for that and an auto. But I'm betting in a roll race the Camaro may just hand it to the heavier Redeye...Be interesting to see.
