Godsmack is super catchy and engaging, fun, fresh, interesting. Its not so caught up in drama the music, it was always more uplifting Godsmack although i feel Sully the singer is quite conflicted and has doubts in his personal life. But in the same time i feel he is quite positive and that is felt into his voice and the music. Also the guitar solos are sick as well, interesting and blues like. The drumming is powerfull and keeps the pace very well

Confession - I wasn't taken with Godsmack when they first came out. Liked 1000hp, Cryin' like a bitch and I stand alone. Heard a couple of tracks from this album that caught my ear on a German rock radio station. Checked out the album. Then checked out the rest of the discography. Then went and cursed myself for being a dick and not persisting with them from the early days. I have to say that I can't stop listening to them now. The most impressive thing is that they, actually, seem to get better with time. This song is my current favourite that resonates with me. I was gutted when I saw a video with Sully claiming that this may be the last album. So disappointed I won't get to see them live in the UK.
They are still going to tour , sully said the fans want all the greats. So he’s not making anymore albums.
@@knitknack2285 I realised that after re-watching the footage! Still a shame about no more new music when the last three albums have had some of the best music on that I've heard in the last 35 years. If they tour the UK again, I'll be there.
