All other skills you will learn as you go along. Your base talent and discipline from your first week in law school, will have doubled in value by the time you take your first midterms. Sir Lex, ang galing galing mo mag explain. I can listen to you for hours. Bukod sa very understandable and jampacked sa tips yung videos mo, dama talaga yung desire mo na makatulong sa mga nag aaral at mga nagbabalak mag-aral. Btw, curious question lang (sorry, baka stupid question ito). May rationale po ba behind requiring law students and bar examinees to write manually? Kasi in practice, di po ba naka type naman lahat ng statements nila, like mga pleadings, etc. The only guess I have is to eliminate the possibility of cheating by using a device like a laptop/typewriter. Clyde Louie Some professors will call you out for not writing in cursive and your Bar review will eventually evaluate your handwriting. It’s an unwritten rule of law school and it’s still the faster expression of the handwritten word. Lifting the pen off the page takes fractions of a second and causes blotting. @@dalusongremelds3356 siguro naglilibang na lang yun kasi marami na yung naipong pera but it is not really that practical kahit nga sa doctor dapat umpisahan ng bata pa para kung matapos ka bata ka pa at may panahon kapa para sa sarili mo magpamilya at mag enjoy sa earnings mo galing sa pinagpaguran. Kung passion mo naman talaga, why not but do not expect na magiging active ka pa sa litigation yourself pag graduate mo kasi ilang taon kana non 60yo dapat nag eenjoy kana ng walang problema eh mamumurblema kapa ng problema ng iba 😊 just saying lang po better use the money to help other relatives or other people to finish law school kasi mas pakakakinabangan nila iyon help kana lang nila sa mga pang inheritance issues mo pag.. alam mo na hehehe.

Good penmanship is always a plus. Your professor is more likely to put in the time, energy and effort to read your work if your handwriting is legible. There's a video on how to improve your handwriting scheduled. :)

Kung maipapasa ko ba yung PhilSAT(pero suspended naman sya ngayong A.Y. 2020-2021, since d ko pa man din masure kung makakapag enroll ako dis year dahil nasa schooling ako after ECQ), kung kakayanin ba ng sched ko as a police officer ung oras ng pasok sa law school. And kung saan pwede pmasok na budget friendly law school. I'm considering Manilaw Law College since alumnus naman ako ng Philippine College of Criminology. Any recommendations po sir?
Manila Law College is a lot better than what other people give it credit for. I am speaking on the experience of several friends, who are also in the service. They have to work harder than the rest of working law students because of the uncertainty in their schedules. Where working law students can get rest, (Christmas Break, Undas) police officers have to work. It’s perfectly doable and some of the best and brightest minds I’ve met are from people in the service. Still not available. Resorted to purchasing a pilot metropolitan fountain pen with a fine nib, some cartridges and a bottle of ink. Started praticing my handwriting.

Kapatid, there are no ignorant questions here. Remember that the first step towards learning is the acceptance that you do not know what you know. Fountain pens are no longer an ABSOLUTE requirement in law school, but some professors still require them. The fountain pen I've mentioned here has truly elevated the quality of my handwriting.

@@dalusongremelds3356 siguro naglilibang na lang yun kasi marami na yung naipong pera but it is not really that practical kahit nga sa doctor dapat umpisahan ng bata pa para kung matapos ka bata ka pa at may panahon kapa para sa sarili mo magpamilya at mag enjoy sa earnings mo galing sa pinagpaguran. Kung passion mo naman talaga, why not but do not expect na magiging active ka pa sa litigation yourself pag graduate mo kasi ilang taon kana non 60yo dapat nag eenjoy kana ng walang problema eh mamumurblema kapa ng problema ng iba 😊 just saying lang po better use the money to help other relatives or other people to finish law school kasi mas pakakakinabangan nila iyon help kana lang nila sa mga pang inheritance issues mo pag.. alam mo na hehehe.
What if after Studying the law, should they take the board exam? Or Directly to apply it?

Good penmanship is always a plus. Your professor is more likely to put in the time, energy and effort to read your work if your handwriting is legible. There's a video on how to improve your handwriting scheduled. :)

Salamat, kapatid. Although more and more textbooks are becoming available as ebooks, there’s tactile feedback sa paper na wala sa touchscreen. Also, marami pa ring professors and clear desk/notes only/open books but no gadgets ang policy during discussions. Hope this helps. 😊❤️👌🏻

Thank you sir for such an informative video for someone like us considering to enter law school. May mga bumabagabag lang sakin. Kung maipapasa ko ba yung PhilSAT(pero suspended naman sya ngayong A.Y. 2020-2021, since d ko pa man din masure kung makakapag enroll ako dis year dahil nasa schooling ako after ECQ), kung kakayanin ba ng sched ko as a police officer ung oras ng pasok sa law school. And kung saan pwede pmasok na budget friendly law school. I'm considering Manilaw Law College since alumnus naman ako ng Philippine College of Criminology. Any recommendations po sir?
Manila Law College is a lot better than what other people give it credit for. I am speaking on the experience of several friends, who are also in the service. They have to work harder than the rest of working law students because of the uncertainty in their schedules. Where working law students can get rest, (Christmas Break, Undas) police officers have to work.

Lex in Motion also, i tried to purchase the recommended sheaffer viewpoint calligraphy fine pen at national bookstore branches and website are out-of-stock. Even wrote the sheaffer. Still not available. Resorted to purchasing a pilot metropolitan fountain pen with a fine nib, some cartridges and a bottle of ink. Started praticing my handwriting.

Kapatid, there are no ignorant questions here. Remember that the first step towards learning is the acceptance that you do not know what you know. Fountain pens are no longer an ABSOLUTE requirement in law school, but some professors still require them. The fountain pen I've mentioned here has truly elevated the quality of my handwriting.
