5 years late but I've been watching your videos for over 4 years . Thanks always informative . I refer back to them before every job. It's so I pensive and seems to cover all aspects . And oh love your stories
I'm from New York and currently live in Wisconsin. I love watching your videos. Feels like I'm back home. Just such honest and straight dialogue and assessment. Good stuff. Thanks Spencer.
Hi Spencer, im from the UK and my favourite food would be fish n chips or Thai (both ends of the culinary scale there!) Great videos, informative and entertaining! Please keep it up. Cheers!
I just completed my first ever wallpapering project - a total newbie - and it went so well; thank you for sharing your knowledge and imparting it so clearly. I am now going to tackle a tricky downstairs loo with many obstacles! Thanks Spencer!
I am wallpering a room in my house...normally a job I hate, but after watching your videos I feel much more confident. Also you are a great way of relaxing...just listening to your voice!! Alan, U.K.
This video contains most of what I needed to know for my wallpaper project. 1) trimming tips, 2) conserving wallpaper with splicing. Several other videos address dealing with corners, smoothing and trimming specifics.
Hi Spencer. I know this is a few years old, but thanks. I'm doing my first ever wallpapering (at 55, managed to dodge it that long :-)). Thanks for the tip. Good bit of lateral thinking. I guess splicing could save the day in other ways. Anyway, I thought my favourite dish would be some giant king prawns in some garlic butter. But then I read everyone else's faves and I might struggle to choose from that menu :-) thx from the UK, Stuart
It’s a great question; but think about it my friend… It certainly would work. All you would have to do is simply adjust your pattern accordingly and move it down or, up as the case may be.
Hi. I enjoyed your video but I have a question. Once you new where you were going to hang the Wallpaper at the top, why didn't you marka verticle line on the wall to hang it to. I would have done that. John uk
I just love a nice roast beef dinner with Yorkshire puddings 😋 I'm currently doing my first DIY wallpaper job in my home but as all the walls and angles wonky it's been a real pain. Really I need the walls replastered but it's a rented property and I can't justify the expense. I've learned a lot from your videos, and I love the plastic tool your using to smooth and use as a guide to cut along, I'll have to find something similar to try. Thanks for the effort you put into your videos
Tony, sorry for the late response to your month old comment; I greatly appreciate you and your kind words. If my videos have been helpful to you would you do me a favour? Would you please give me a five star review on my public profile on the following link and say something nice so that people who are looking for an installer can rely on your words and feel confident with me? www.google.com/search?q=tampa%20wallpaper%20installer&tbm=#lkt=LocalPoiReviews&trex=m_t:lcl_akp,rc_f:nav,rc_ludocids:18168418332679895040,rc_q:Spencer%2520Colgan%2520-%2520Wallpaper%2520Installer,ru_q:Spencer%2520Colgan%2520-%2520Wallpaper%2520Installer,trex_id:XCBBr
The Pilgrim--it's a sandwich that is all Thanksgiving. The bread is seasoned with sage and rosemary to taste like stuffing. The sandwich has turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese and cranberry sauce.
Why didn't you cut the piece of paper in corner shorter. Then it wouldn't have ran an inch past window? It seems like you made it harder for yourself. Good splice though and you video's are great. 👍
Is it my screen, or does he relieve a stress point below the camera angle? I really enjoy his videos, but this one needed editing. His arm obscures the all important cut. It is an awesome, plastic....what?
You are absolutely correct Dale! I certainly did relieve stress point and guess what,? In January, 2020 I begin editing my videos having to re-watch all of the video feed putting music to them and taking out the bed; thank you so much for standing by and hanging in there with me. People like you have made my successful channel very popular
