The sample flat has walls with leakages.. will the actual building have more leakages or less???? please speak abt quality of construction and not abt what we see???
Traffic is the big problem.Road condition is worse.Water lagging is also there.No chances of any developments in future.Basic infrastructure facilities are not good in Dombivli.
Hence its developing location as the infrastructure is under development and good scope for future appreciation. 6 lane Road is under expansion and work is going on hence its a temporary traffic issue. Also there is a flyover getting constructed near Xperia mall to reduce the traffic.
