I am staying in this place.., Loadha price is very high , 2 bhk is 65L and above but the price in resale is 50L ... The builder looted... 😂

I think this is good from an Investment point of view as of now if you already own a house/flat.
Taloja aane main min 30 mins lagte hain, evening main traffic hota hain , approx 400 mtr patch ka rasta kharab hain. Aur Airport taloja se 35 min hain to yaha se 25 min pe kaise. Par project bahar se accha lagta hain.
My Son taken flat in Palava . At the booking time they told separate visitors parking available but now they closed this parking and making banglows. Now visitors have no parking.
