If made Ash's Sinnoh Team Keep Pikachu, Staraptor, Catch Gible early and evolve to Garchomp, Infernape, Floaltzal, Torterra, instead of him catching Gligar he catches the Aura Sphere Riolu, and catches Sprittomb.
While I like the idea behind Numel/Camerupt, I can't help but feel like it'd still end-up being the Torkoal/Torterra of the team. That said, Numel/Camerupt being shiny would certainly help emphasize the whole "Black Sheep" angle you gave to his backstory.

I’m working on a what if with Ash, I gave him Vibrava. He just catches one in the trap inch episode, nothing special and then falls in, they bond and it evolves with the others

Pikachu, Sceptile, Swellow, & Torkoal are good options. I'd replace Cornish & give him Swampert as to me Corphish fitted Brick more. Female Snorunt i bet this will be a Froslass when Ash ventures to Sinnoh am I right. Other Hoenn team options I like for Ash include pokemon like Flygon, Absol, Salamence, Metagross, Zangoose, Aggro, Sableye, Blaziken among a few others I belive fit Ash well in Hoenn.
In my opinion, since Ash is the Pokemon World Champion / the Strongest Pokémon Trainer in the world, I think we need to be done with that thing of Ash not evolving his Pokémon except Pikachu of course. That way he can defend his world champion status from the many trainers that beat him before that Ash might wanna rematch against. Examples being Alain, Ritchie, Tyson, Tobias etc.
Yeah I mostly agree about the starter take, the Torchic line takes away from May, and Swampert doesn’t seem like Ash But I do think there was an opportunity for the Torchic line, it was the episode where Ash and Max watched starters but they let Torchic evolve before the girl picked, I think there’s a scenario where Ash takes the Combusken since it liked fighting so much, and it was before May’s Torchic evolving, would be weird having two of the same Pokémon on the team tho so I do agree Ash shouldn’t have one because of May As for Mudkip, I kinda pictured for Ash Mudkip would be his Bulbasaur and not evolve, still being a force but still cute and smaller, so I can see it being a solid replacement for Corphish if another starter was needed As for the changes since a lot of it comes from your previous region changes I have no complaints as scenarios with Primeape and Larvitar make sense with your previous changes But for the Torkoal to Numel/Camerupt change, To me it just sounds like you just wanted it to have a better backstory as it still seems battle and usage wise Camerupt is the same as Torkoal Which is fine I do think you could change Torkoal backstory if that’s the case. Shiny is a nice visual Indicator And I get wanting to make Sceptile a more clear cut Ace as there are debates if it was Swellow, I do think cutting Swellow’s moments might make Swellow seem a lot worse for the team as it went from secondary Ace to just another bird on the roster that got the bench treatment in the Battle frontier Sorry for long comment…
Hoenn is one of the few Ash teams I actually like, so I'd make some smaller changes. I highly agree on the Camerupt over Torkoal and I'd have Corphish evolve. I'm biased though because Crawdaunt is one of my favorite water and dark types each. So my version of Ash's team: Pikachu Sceptile Swellow Crawdaunt Camerupt Glalie (EDIT: This was before watching the full video... Next time I should probably wait until I've watched all of it, lol)

A great addition in Camerupt, plus bringing back Pidgeot and Tyranitar. If I designed his team, I'd swap out Glalie and Corphish (bland in personality plus too situational captures) for Flygon and Zangoose. Flygon can be his first Dragon type (and a more realistic one than Dragonite imo) plus would teach him to take it slow with his Pokemon and their training,since Dragon types level up slowly. As for Zangoose, it's a hyper aggressive battler that could potentially tie in to Chimchar's Training Arc as well as prove a great Rival to Sceptile. He would prob catch it as a necessity due to it getting in a fight with Jessie's Seviper, and ending up getting hurt in the process. That's all.

I imagine a scenario when ash and the gang finds a pokemon underworld where pokemon are sold to bad people ash and the gang raid it and release many pokemon a flygon bonds with ash and joins ash team
So I am making my own Pokémon fan made game could you an artist or maybe give you a copy of the beta one day when it comes it all ideas but it opens world. It has all 18 Pokémon gyms and 18 boss fights that act like gen 7 trials but more details Also good job man shiny camerupt
@@zdgstudios yeah the game is a big idea it my Mona Lisa it been in my head probably 2 years and it big but if Pokémon can go up to 14 specialist in sword and shield I think it 14 the 11 gym leaders if you count marine and three specialist in avery peony and klara why not go all the way
@@zdgstudios fair enough I already have ideas the region is a square made by the world shaper 4 who are in charge of protecting it is broken into the north east south and west and the middle has a ring of mountains for the dragon and fairy cities it sword two half’s of a circle the other are square shaped and all have gyms

Torkoal put up a great fight against registeel. Underrated

Keep Pikachu, Staraptor and Infernape, Torterra stays a Turtwig, Buizel evolves, Gible evolves after it masters Draco Meteor. Gliscor stays the same

while I respect your choices, in my opinion, this team just... Does not feel like the best representation of Ash.
I like this but I’m not sure how I feel about Snorunt evolving off screen. That would honestly not be a good call.
