I just got my first pair of IEMs 1 week ago: Fiio JH3, I have been using several wireless earbuds before (Melomania 1 and Touch, Pixelbuds Pro, Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro and 4 NC, etc.). I think that there might be a trend toward IEMs; these days am I correct? The level of details in IEMs is amazing. There are less features with IEMs (noise cancelling, volume control, next song, etc.). It would be good that wireless earbuds could reach this level of details in music. It is hard to chose a camp these days: better sound and less features, and a wire... I would love to see low budget and higher price IEMs compared... to understand the differences. Looking forward to watch your next videos.
Time to level up. You are getting into mid fi iems. Get yourself a measuring rig and a squiglink. Then you can show the frequency graph when doing reviews. Guaranteed to get more subscribers (the hard-core audiophile group).
@@jakob1379 That would be great. The only reason why I don't buy some budget stuff is because there are no frequency graphs for them. Some reviewers have different preferences so I combine what they say along with the graph to make a decision. So far I been 99% accurate in predicting how something sounds based off experienced reviewers and frequency graphs.
You’re not wrong about getting a rig and providing measurements and then start comparing, not that you can’t use other measurements with credit. In this case, the graph is shown briefly on the back of the box in the review. Tells me not enough bass and treble extension and too much pinna gain and emphasis at 3k. Def not for me, but good review and covering unique sets.
