I have been using this service for 3 weeks and worst experience vaayo mero 300 Mbps speed check garda aaucha haian , issues haru ekdam dherai cha uni harko ko number mah call garyo vaney they will response with "Hami lai Photon Service ko training deeko chaina hajur ko lagi ticket katidinchu senior team bata call aaucha" that's its. Its Worst service form worldlink ekdam unplanned.

I had 30 Mbps connection at home and used secondary router 2 floors up and both router were provide same amount of speed.

Trust me, most of us carry smart phones but i have seen people using (for example) iPhone 13 but they cant even make full or even half or sometimes even quarter use of it even like i can make full use of my old iPhone7 .. and then again you said normal users don't need 300 mbps, agree with you here, but the ones who need that higher bandwidth definitely will need 300 mbps uploads and downloads too (excluding gamers as only high graphic gamers only don't need internet lot of other type do as well) .. there are other lots of internet uses that needs similar uploads and download speeds .. for example video conferencing , addressing customer complains live in any such businesses , etc ..

Either it's a 300mbps or 100mbps wlink will still be the worst service provider above that the extra charges such as deposit charge and beacon cost are not refundable if one wants to discontinue their services. Such a scam.
Isp ko service sabai location ma same chaina. We have never faced issue with worldlink and vianet in our office (baneshwor area). For what its worth, the internet speed and stability has never been an issue.

Wlink right now is trying to jump even though it is struggling to crawl. Valley bahira ko most to the service is poor, it still has not implemented fiber cable where as other has already done is more than 2 yrs ago. Ani the deposit charge that we pay while installing is non refundable when we discontinue their services while I feel is a scam.

I ve been using photon for almost a month ... no issues so far ....but pls care to explain (4:20) how can wireless be faster n reliable than a wired [1Gbps] connection (for nodes/ secondary router)and on top of that we can clearly see the wlink team connected the beacon router via lan wired cable ...also m not a fan of isp selling "smart installation" as a compulsion as it is simply not required for a household [been using tplink C6- secondary routers]... beacon ko rental vanda 1 time 6k ko C6 is way more cost-effective....cheers ...
