Having trouble removing 14mm bolts. 2 of them the pressed in threaded pieces are turning in the mount. Any ideas?

Is this the same as a 2002-2006 Acura rsx??
Thru bolt only comes out when the driveshaft is rotated so the bolts do not block the bolt removal. Will try it another day.
