The acoustics weren't great, but her energy, her extraordinary vocals, hadn't changed a bit. I'm so sick of women falling off the map when they start looking less like little girls and more like WOMEN, whether it's TV, movies or music. They're in the prime of their lives, doing their best work, but they don't look exctly the same as when they were 18, so they're over. Meahnwhile, Mick Jagger, my great-grandad who looks like he crawled out of the crypt last week and put on my mother's wig, can still fill stadiums. You're still a legend, Sinead. Every once in a while you come across an artist capable of sharig so much more than just their music.. She's one that I've always felt was capable of sharing her very soul when the audience.. I've never seen her live, but wow... what an amazing experience that must be! Thanks for this. And thanks Sinead...
I've read some press the last couple years about Sinead, not any of it very interesting or flattering. Seeing this performance I am glad she is still incredible.
